Genuinely delighted!
Drivespeed were able to source the specific vehicle I was looking for, confirm the exact spec, etc. which is important, but the level of communication was second-to-none. In a world where most companies just can't be bothered and seem to have forgotten the customer is king, it was a refreshingly positive experience!

Late delivery
The vehicle was delivered about 3 months late, and took three attempts to deliver, with multiple cancellations! very frustrating. communications were good, I was kept informed.

We want to express our apologies for the long delay you experienced and the challenges faced during the delivery process. We want to assure you that we made every effort to address the issues to the best of our abilities. Unfortunately, the resolution process was largely dependent on our supplying dealer, and regrettably, we had limited control over the repair time of your van. Despite these circumstances, we appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we pressed on for a delivery date. We hope the full tank of fuel as compensation can go some way to apologise for the delays.
Despite the challenges, we are glad to hear that our communication was effective. Holly endeavoured to keep you updated as best she could in relation to the repair and rebooking of your delivery, and we are grateful for your patience afforded to us during this time.
We take on all feedback provided to help us to improve our future services. We hope to have the opportunity to organise a lease again for you in the future, despite the delays endured.

Excellent overall service
I have leased numerous vehicles over the years a fairly mechanical experience. I contacted Drivespeed as I was looking for a Golf R, not an easy vehicle to source for quick delivery. They went above and beyond and found me a pre reg and at a very competitive price. I placed the order and was kept updated regularly with updates and was guided through the electronic document signing with patience, IT is not my strong point! The whole process was managed over the Christmas period with no delays and the vehicle was delivered bang on time. It’s so nice when a business delivers exactly what you want with no fuss with great communication! Thank you so much Luke and the team at Drivespeed!

Great service, definitely recommended
I’m new to leasing a car so I needed some help through the process. I was contacted quickly after my initial enquiry, Alan especially but also his colleagues were super helpful, communications were great and I was guided through it all. I’m not normally one to do reviews but felt compelled to do one on this occasion. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
