I’ll be honest. I thought Drope.me was just another scam website at first. I wasn’t very active for a while, but after supporting streamers and entering giveaways, I finally decided to try my luck.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT....

I first heard about drope.me through some friends, and I’ve been following the platform ever since. I’ve won their giveaways twice, and on both occasions I received my rewards without any issues. Recently, I had a problem with some tickets I lost due to a site error, and the team was very quick to help. They resolved the issue and reimbursed my points promptly.

Reliable platform, draws are delivered, contains many missions to increase the chances of being drawn

I’ve been completely scammed by Drope.me. I logged into my account like I always do, and everything seemed normal at first. I noticed that the “Watch YouTube Video” campaign showed 38 actions completed but I didn’t pay much attention to it since I hadn’t done anything suspicious or out of the ordinary.

Later, out of nowhere, my account got disabled. I contacted their support through the chatbot, and they claimed I had violated their terms by “botting.” Botting?! I’ve never used any bots or automation tools ,I was using their platform legitimately like I always have.

I tried to explain this to support, thinking it was some kind of mistake, but instead of listening or investigating, they just ignored me and closed the chatbot conversation like they couldn’t care less. No proof, no warning, nothing , just an accusation and a ban.
This is honestly disgusting. I spent my time and effort on their platform, only to be falsely accused and shut out without a fair chance to defend myself. If they can't properly detect real violations and treat users fairly, they shouldn’t be running a platform like this at all.

I won a $10 gift card. This gift card was sent, and I redeemed it. I'm very happy!

I entered a giveaway on drope.me and was among those who got lucky to win a gift card. Even though my place of residence prevented drope from sending me the card, they found a nice roundabout way to send me my reward. Thanks for not telling "well, your loss" and being nice!

I am absolutely furious with how you’ve handled this entire situation – it’s beyond outrageous! I worked on your platform, completed influencer tasks, and earned money. I requested a withdrawal, only for you to cancel it arbitrarily, disable my account, and shut down the chatbot/contact channels so I can't even reach a single support agent to resolve this.

This is completely unacceptable:

1.You blocked my access to my rightful earnings without warning or justification.

2.You silenced me, severing any communication line so I can’t ask questions or appeal.

3.You’ve shown blatant disrespect by disabling my account and chatbot access, all while my funds are still in your custody.

Let me be crystal clear: this is unprofessional, unethical. If this isn’t corrected immediately, I will pursue every available avenue—public reviews, social media, consumer complaint boards, until I’m paid what I’m owed and you restore full access to my account.

The site helps content creators, game developers and viewers in different ways, I took part in some campaigns in the site and used the points to participate in one of the giveaways and won a Tremendous Gift Card.
