I bought an electronic drum kit for my daughter recently. The guys were extremely helpful to a novice like myself. We set up the kit incorrectly and emailed them for help. This was on a Saturday evening the they replied within the hour with help on how to set up properly.

The kit was delivered very promptly and came well packaged. It was excellent value for money and my daughter is over the moon

All in all a brilliant experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drummer's Only

Bought many items from them. I have had an experience with customer service as well because i had accidentally ordered an out of stock without noticing (my fault mostly) I emailed them asking if they could remove the item from my order as they only ship the whole order once all items are in stock, they responded quickly telling me they would send the items separately and the in stock item immediately without any extra charge. Would buy from them again.

I have ordered a drum and paid a deposit, was informed that the shipment with the tom is coming from US and It will take about 5 months to arrive and the drum has been ordered. After 6 months waiting heard nothing back, after enquiry it turned out that the Item has never been ordered, person who was contacting me wasn't even apologetic but rather cold and unhelpful. Got the deposit back. Not a positive experience at all. Won't be using them again.

Fair enough I mixed up U.S. shipment and assumed IT was coming from there but no shipment on the planet last 6 months,if Tama placed an order in April please send me and evidence to prove that. You know that you failed to deliver hence you happily transferred me the money back after 5 months wait and no single message from you to update me about the matter.

I ordered a Yamaha Electronic kit. Widely Yamaha have had problems with imports being delayed. However Paul and Gordon kept me informed and had Yamaha deliver direct to me to save time. They even agreed a part X on a temporary kit. There was one faulty part which was changed without question. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Excellent.

I had an enquiry about using another brand's tom holder on a Sonor kit. The enquiry is quite specific and in no way could benefit a wider audience. Nevertheless the customer service has been excellent. Chris took time to understand fully my problem, made several useful suggestions and took it upon himself to experiment with potential suggestions on his own kits and out of hours too. I cannot praise the service I've received highly enough but can absolutely recommend Drummers Only as a company to do business with. This is how you hope all companies would operate.

Ordered a Yamaha electronic kit for my son for Christmas. Great service in store, delivered promptly. However the snare drum was a bit loose on the frame and the guys not only ordered a new part but delivered it to my home personally. Great guys, great service and great products.

Ordered a Pre-Owned ride cymbal. Arrived very promptly and as described on the website (extremely well packaged too). Couldn't ask for more!

I recently purchased a pre-owned DW Collectors kit in part exchange on a Gretsch 125th anniversary rock legend kit. The team could not have been more helpful and the service was excellent, informative and the deal was great value. I cannot recommend Rhythm Base more highly.

I only came across Rhythm Base about 4 months ago when I was purchasing a AAX Sabian cymbal. Straight off, I was asked if I could be helped with anything. They allowed me to try my symbol before I bought it without hesitation. The equipment in Rhythm Base is very high quality from their low to their high priced items. They are friendly with you on a professional level, trying to help you in your purchase as much as possible, enhancing your overall experience as a valued customer. This will be my regular drum shop from now on, without doubt.

I purchased a second hand mapex meridian drumkit from Rythmbase and from start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to do business with. The kit itself was in pristine condition and securely packaged with next day delivery!

I always feel as if I'm the only customer this shop has due to the personal touch you receive, despite the fact the place is usually mobbed when you go in!!

Ordered a Drum Fire dust cover on the Wednesday before Good Friday. The item was in stock and dispatched the same day. It was unclear as to how long delivery would take so I called Rhythm Base and explained it would be good to have delivery before the Bank Holiday. The item was due to be sent out 1st class post but to ensure next day delivery the gentleman to whom I spoke said the item would be put on a carrier. That is what I call customer service. Sure enough the item arrived next day. Fantastic!

Was made welcome, even when I'd just dropped in for the first time. Was given the opportunity to try stuff in the practice room as well as get advice without feeling pressured. As I'm not in Scotland I really appreciate postage being comparable with other parts of the UK. Prices have been as good as anywhere. Also, things have not always gone smoothly and the real mark of the shop is that the guys have been on the ball sorting stuff...I'd not be behind the doors saying if it was otherwise. My only complaint is they're not in Belfast.

I visit the Glasgow shop and order online form Rhythmbase on a regular basis. They are always friendly and helpful and bend over backwards to make sure you get the best deal. A few times they have not had the item in stock that I have wanted and if it was ordered online they have contacted me immediately to discuss this. One time I was in the shop and they didn't have a product available they phone the supplier there and then and arranged for it to be shipped to me the next as I live in Aberdeen. I would say they are the best drumshop in Scotland. Great prices, loads of stock and helpful and friendly service.
