The advice provided was that while we appreciate that November 11th is Remembrance Day, it is an entirely personal matter as to whether the minutes silence is observed.

Transport company - not so good
No notice until the day it was coming, no one was home, wouldnt allow me to change delivery address to work so only option was to rearrange the delivery and hope someone was home or collect from depot which was over 30km away
