Dr Wolf and his team are are top of their game. Having had treatments with other surgeons, they don’t come close to the level of care and expertise that these guys have. I had lipodema Vaser treatment. If you are currently choosing between different surgeons go with Dr Wolf I wish had first time round!

2025 is ending on a high for me. I am 9 days post surgery. This is my third surgery this year with Dr Wolf. Just had my lowers and arms completed and they are healing nicely.
I contacted Dr Wolf back in January for a consultation. Booked my first surgery in February and the second in June. After each, I followed my orders and advice from Dr Wolf. All my recoveries I was happy with. Any questions I had were answered and put me at ease.
Dr wolf also has an awesome team who are friendly and helpful during my procedures. I am always greeted with a smile.
My pains have reduced a huge amount when walking up the stairs, hills, end of the day. I don’t bruise easy. I don’t feel heavy at the end of each day. I am starting to feel comfortable in my own skin. I am ready to go shopping and buy new clothes where I won’t be disheartened. I can’t wait to get back into hiking and biking again.

I don’t think I have ever met a medical professional that is so calm, attentive and actually listens to his patients. Dr Wolf is amazing at what he does and also as a human being. I am day 5 post op, had Vaser on my stomach and flanks. I could not be anymore impressed. I initially met Dr Wolf in the summer for a consultation and was immediately put at ease in his care. After booking a date I had multiple questions and I always received an answer within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. I was given amazing pre surgery care in terms of information. Dr Wolf called me personally the night before to check I was all set which I think is insane. As most people are, I was apprehensive in the run up to the procedure, but as soon as I walked through the door, Dr Wolf and all his team made me feel calm and ready for what I was having done.
I do not remember a thing about the procedure, only waking up and being moved to a recovery room where I was offered tea and biscuits. I was sent home with a bag full of things I would need for the next week or so including meds and dressings and an aftercare sheet explaining what I could expect. One of his nurses called the next day to check in and Dr Wolf called me again the next day to see how I was doing. I have just had my Day 5 check up, had my drains out and Dr Wolf is happy with what I look like so far, as am I.
I would 10000000% recommend him to anyone sitting on the fence. I promise you will not regret it.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Wolf and the team. I had liposuction on my thighs to remove Lipoedema fat and I was anxious. The whole thing went so well and I’m recovering really well after only two days. The team have been in touch lots before and after the surgery. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it!

I had surgery for lipedema with Dr. Wolf around six months ago, and I’m so pleased I made the decision to go ahead with it. I had my knees, inner thighs, outer thighs, front of thighs, and flanks treated. After receiving my official lipedema diagnosis, I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Wolf within just a few weeks.

From the very beginning, Dr. Wolf put me completely at ease. He and all of his staff were incredibly professional, and thorough. They explained absolutely everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. There was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with surgery; it never felt sales-y, just genuinely informative and supportive. That really stood out to me, especially compared with some of the other places I’d been for advice.

The surgery itself went very well, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Recovery was challenging, as expected, but it has been entirely worthwhile. The compression garments provided were all of excellent quality, and the resources and information I received beforehand were fantastic. I also felt completely confident that if I’d had any concerns - which I didn’t - Dr. Wolf and his team would have been there straight away.

Now, six months later, I’m completely pain-free and the scars are barely visible. The difference this surgery has made to my life is huge - it’s boosted my confidence and helped something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering lipedema surgery.

I had my second Vaser procedure with Dr. Wolf in July, this time on my lower legs. My first surgery was back in November 2024 on my upper fronts.
I can’t emphasize enough just how life-changing these procedures have been for me. No more waking up with legs that feel like lead. No more constant swelling after a long day. No swelling on hot days, or even after a flight.

For the first time in years, I can run—and it feels unbelievably freeing. I’ve always trained hard in the gym, and while my legs were strong, the heaviness used to make so many things feel impossible. Now, I truly feel like anything is possible.

The improvements were noticeable right away, but in the last couple of weeks I’ve also started to really see the new shape of my ankles and lower calves. It does take patience—you’ll have days when you wonder if there’s been much visual change, but that passes. With good aftercare, regular MLD, and exercise, recovery goes so much more smoothly.

For me, this journey was never about appearances—but I have to admit, it feels amazing to no longer worry that people are staring at my “tree trunk” legs. My legs now look far more in proportion with the rest of my body. They’ll never be slim, but they feel 10 stone lighter—and nothing compares to that.

Dr. Wolf and his team have been fantastic both times, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering this path. I do plan on having a third procedure in the future on my upper backs, but for now, my focus is on something I never thought possible before—running, running and more running!

Just had my second surgery with Dr Wolf today, liposuction on my upper arms. I had my thighs and flanks done 5 weeks ago!

From my point of consultation with Dr Wolf I was assured he would be the right doctor for me. I also appreciated that his practice had very transparent information and pricing on the website which meant I already knew by going for the consultation it’s something that would be in budget if I went ahead.

Over the period from consultation to surgery I received general information regarding the procedure and things to consider. And in the weeks leading to the procedure good and timely information was received to help set my expectations.

The patient care team were lovely and helpful in preparing me for surgery and it was assuring being able to talk to the anaesthesiologist and Dr Wolf before it all started. I had my first out of 3 liposuction surgeries with Dr. Wolf today and I could not recommend him more. From the first consultation all the way until after the surgery I felt extremely well taken care of. Dr. Wolf took a lot of care explaining the possibilities we have with liposuction to remove unwanted fat in the legs and arms. At no point did i feel judged, which was a great relief having struggled with disproportionate legs for the past 14 years. Dr. Wolf is very professional, caring and understanding and I had a good feeling about him right from the initial consultation. We stayed in touch leading up to today’s surgery and I received plenty of information regarding the procedure and care. For any questions the team would always be available and happy to respond too. The day before the surgery Dr. Wolf gave me a quick call just to check in on how I am feeling which helped me ease some anxiety and is a lovely personal touch.
On the day of the surgery I was quite anxious as I have never had surgery before but the team did an absolutely fantastic job easing that fear. Before the actual surgery I received a thorough explanation on the procedure, risks and anaesthesia. From entering the operating theatre it took me roughly 3 minutes to be fully asleep, the process being extremely gentle, so nothing to be afraid of! Waking up honestly felt like waking up from a restful nap. My legs felt a little weak like after a tough leg session at the gym but mostly pain free! I then spent the next hour resting with some biscuits, water and tea while still being well looked after by the nurses and Dr. Wolf. Being home for around 6 hours now I can still barely feel any pain and are able to walk around.
To summarise my experience: Fantastic. I am beyond grateful for how kindly I was treated at the clinic and I am looking forward to continue my liposuction journey with Dr. Wolf and his team. Thank you so much!

I had a series of vasoliposuction procedures with Dr Dennis Wolf this year (legs, arms, flanks, and back), and it has genuinely been life-changing. From the start, he was honest and transparent – never overpromising, but clearly explaining both the benefits and the risks. As someone who tends to overthink and sometimes makes impulsive decisions, I really valued the time he took to ensure I fully understood everything before moving forward.

Dr Wolf was always supportive, approachable, and patient. No question ever felt too small, and he even kept me updated on when I could safely return to swimming, which is a huge part of my life. He and his team made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way, and recovery was much smoother than I expected – in fact, for me it wasn’t bad at all and even felt pretty fun at times (though I know that’s probably a unique experience!).
The results have improved my mobility, posture, sleep, and overall health – I feel lighter, more active, and more energetic than I’ve ever been.He also understood the practical side of undergoing three surgeries, including the financial commitment, and supported me in making the process manageable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Wolf to anyone considering this surgery. LONG POST but I understand surgery is a big choice for people so want to cover all marks.

I am day 1 post op and honestly have had the best experience with Dr Wolf so far. I had micro lipo on my lower abdomen and vaser lipo on the front, inner and back on my thighs.

Before the surgery dr wolf called me to make sure I was ok and ready for the following day which was a super lovely touch. On the day of surgery I was taken in by one of the nurses and given my gown and compression socks etc to put on. The anaesthesiologist then came to see me to ask some questions. I told him I’m not good with needles and have a tendency to faint - he reassured me that I wouldn’t even feel it and they will take precautions. He was super friendly and very professional - put me at ease instantly as he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I was then taken into the operating room by another lovely nurse. At this point I was panicking slightly as I haven’t been put to sleep before but within 2 minutes of entering the room I was asleep. The anaesthesiologist told me beforehand that I would be put to sleep and then woken up halfway to turn me over. I don’t remember waking up or turning over at all which was great 🤣😂 it was like having a nap and waking up in my compression garments and gown! I was given water & biscuits and given time to wake up and then taken back by my chaperone.

On returning home dr wolf called me to make sure I was ok - another lovely touch. I did have quite bad pain later into the night and was quite emotional (I am a slight hypochondriac) in the back of my legs that i was worried about so my boyfriend called the emergency line - they put us at ease straight away and said they would call dr wolf for reassurance. About 20 mins later they called me again and I had reassurance from him that the surgery went great and pain is normal. I instantly felt better and had a decent nights sleep once the pain killers kicked in. Woke up this morning feeling sore in the thighs but no longer worried.

I am super happy I went with dr Wolf as the care before, during and after was just 10/10 I really would never go anywhere else for this type of surgery. Everything was quick, professional and I never felt like any question was too silly.

Dr wolf and his team were very kind and supportive with my lipoedema surgery for lower legs and hips. Talked me through whole process and is very attentive after surgery.

I have Lipoedema.., and Dr Wolf really supports, listens and guides you through all your options. Yes…, you need to use so much self care, change in lifestyle and mindset, but his integrity and knowledge is inspirational. I decided to undergo Vaser liposuction today… and could not fault my journey so far. All very professional and informative.

Now for the healing.

I first went to see Dr. Wolf after officially receiving my NHS diagnosis of Lipedema. I attended the consultation with no real expectations (more of a "why not?" ) as I didn’t think surgery would be an option for me, financially or physically. Like many others, I had heard so many horror stories and was genuinely worried.

However, what I found was completely different. From the moment I met Dr. Wolf, I felt both reassured and truly seen. He was professional, honest, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail, without sugar-coating or over-promising. It was clear he wasn’t there to sell me a dream or push unnecessary surgery — he listened carefully to my concerns and preferences, and then offered his expert opinion with respect and kindness. That honesty was so refreshing.

A few months later, I decided to go ahead with my first surgery (upper legs), and after just a short 3-week wait, it was time. The day before surgery, Dr. Wolf personally called to check in and see if I had any questions or worries — such a thoughtful and rare personal touch.

On the day itself, I was extremely nervous, especially about the sedation. But the anaesthetist was amazing and reassured me I would be fully asleep and comfortable. The nurses were incredibly supportive and helped keep me calm throughout. After surgery, I was taken back to my room and reunited with my escort — again, a small but meaningful gesture. Even after I returned home, Dr. Wolf called to check on me. The care didn’t stop once I left the clinic.

And the results? Immediate. That painful and frustrating bulge at the front of my thighs was gone. I could see the difference and feel the relief straight away.

Now, just five weeks later, I’ve had my second surgery (calves and arms) and I’m over the moon with the continued results.

To anyone feeling scared or unsure: your anxiety is completely normal, but you are in the safest of hands. Dr. Wolf and his team genuinely care. They listen, they support, and they deliver real, life-changing results.

From start to finish, my experience at Dr. Wolf’s clinic was truly exceptional. The entire team from the reception staff to the nurses were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Dr Ali also made me feel at ease and helped me with any questions I had around the sedation. I felt supported, informed and completely at ease every step of the way.

Dr. Wolf himself is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and honest he called me a day before and when I also got home to check in on me. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and gave realistic, reassuring advice without any pressure. This is the polar opposite of the awful stories one hears about, related to elective / cosmetic / aesthetic surgery abroad.

Dr. Wolf is kind, hardworking, thoughtful, committed and exceptionally experienced.

My surgery was yesterday: 3 litres from my upper legs and knees. I witnessed a number of dedicated experts in the form of receptionists, nurses, anaesthetists and Dr. Wolf himself giving me the best possible care from the outset.

It’s early days but I’ve no pain and I have been well-briefed in aftercare. Dr. Wolf called me both before and after the operation to talk through pre- and post-surgical considerations.

My advice to anyone considering surgery with is to save up, visit Dr. Wolf for a (free) consultation, receive the best possible care and get the results you want.

On the subject of cost, I felt the charges were reasonable and justified. I didn’t feel ripped off in any way and the quotation was in line with the ballpark website guide.

I have a consultation with Dr. Wolf in a fortnight; it’s included in the fee and I really look forward to it.

 I have been so pleased with my procedure i had vasor lipo on my inner thighs, front thigh, and knees. From my first consultation, help with decision making I have been seeing Dr Wolf. Dennis was honest from the get go and communication and information give was on point. The care i was given before and after the procedure i cannot fault and couldn't ask for anything better its all been 5star. I could not recommend Dr Wolf and his staff enough. Wish I had done this sooner. Sarah S
