Top job!!
Was looking to order a single umbrella with a colour logo printed on it to become a gift. Came across the Drysdale site and made an enquiry via WhatsApp explaining my target purchase rather late in the day. While my original idea wasn't completely possible and was pointing toward a compromise, unprompted (and 'out of hours'!), Barry offered a subtle rework of the logo I had submitted that provided a more than acceptable alternative solution. Cleared that design adjustment with a director and placed the order for two umbrellas over a weekend and selecting prompt delivery.
Prompt delivery it was, they were delivered on the Tuesday!! The umbrella [Product code: DX-1 NB/W] has a good grip with a large button for opening the umbrella, the mechanism is smooth in operation and seems sturdy and the canopy material well produced. The colour printing on the four white panels is crisp and logo colour accurate.
Great job, certainly recommended for customer service and product.

Very happy with our order
Very happy with our order. We originally didn’t upload the correct logo and within an hour of the order had an email to send the logo on and within 30 minutes of that it was being sent to print. Delivery times said 5-7 days and it arrived in 2. Quality is really good and not a bad word to say.

Excellent Service and Quality Branded Umbrellas…
We recently ordered branded umbrellas and were really impressed with both the service and the final product. The team took the time to check in with us before proceeding, ensuring our logo placement and design were exactly right, and even suggested improvements that made the finished result look even better.
Their customer care was excellent throughout, communication was prompt, delivery quick, and the umbrellas themselves look fantastic. We’re very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Ordered branded umbrellas for my company and were being used within 3 days of placing the order. The logo printing is top quality and the umbrellas themselves are rigid with smooth opening and closing action. All in all a really easy simple process and transaction. Would 100% recommend

Very responsive and good quality.
They were very responsive and the quality of the umbrellas I receieved were great. I only ordered two and they really worked with me to get it right. They weren't able to do exactly the combination of colors/ logo I wanted which I why I gave them 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Business Logo Golfing Umbrella's
We ordered some golf umbrellas with our company logo on, and the speed of service and delivery was excellent. We even received a call from Drysdale to offer help when I had made a mistake with the order, which could have been costly for me. I would highly recommend them for attention to customer service and the quality of the product!
