Deceptive Trade Practices. Advertised Ketoconazole on the website, but delivered a product without it. Customer support (Ticket #88675) is unhelpful. Seeking a refund due to fraud (i.e., Merchandise Not as Described).

This company charged me nearly $100 for an unauthorized renewal, and as soon as the payment went through on my PayPal, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel it since the order hadn’t even been shipped yet. My request was denied.

I hadn’t even received any notice about the renewal. This is absurd. you’re thieves! I will never order anything from this company again and I will share this experience across all social media.

I can’t speak for these people who have received broken items which has nothing to do with the quality of the product. I will say, however, I have been using these religiously for close to 10 years and they have made an extreme difference in the density of my hair. My partner said to me at one point back then, “…we’re gonna have to come up with an exit plan for your head…” looking at my thinning crown …well guess what?! that is no longer an issue and this really has been the only product I’ve been using so I can just say it has certainly worked for me!

Wish I checked the reviews before buying. They supposedly shipped the hair serum, it got sent back by UPS, and the store never replied beyond the initial message telling me to “click on the ups link”. Could simply be a scam.

I purchased products with a 30% Cyber Monday discount. The items arrived broken. After a long investigation on their side, which involved a lot of back-and-forth emails and took a significant amount of time, I was refunded for the products even though I specifically asked for replacements to be sent, since the 30% discount was no longer available. Terrible customer service, I will not purchase from them again.

I have a subscription for one of their products. For a few years now, it's been fine. But now I've been charged for my 3-month supply subscription, the label was created for USPS shipment, and it has just sat in Florida for over 13 days. I've tried emailing several times with no response. I've called their phone support number only to hear a recording that they can not provide phone support and to call.

Avoid – suspicious tracking + no real shipment

I placed an order on the official DS Laboratories website and paid in full. After waiting with no updates, I contacted them. They responded but provided a non-official UPS tracking link that falsely showed the package as being already in my country.

I called UPS directly — they confirmed that the shipment had not been handed over to UPS at all and did not exist in their system, despite the tracking page saying otherwise.

To me, this looks like the company is trying to “play for time” by providing misleading tracking information instead of actually shipping the product. This is extremely concerning and not acceptable from a company claiming to be reputable.

I asked for a verified UPS tracking link and proof of shipment — no valid response so far. I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank.

Be careful if you are considering ordering from here — verify everything and do not trust the tracking link they send unless UPS confirms it.

> I was a loyal customer who used DS Laboratories products for a long time. After a recent issue with my account and subscriptions, all of my information was wiped — including product history and timing — and I received conflicting explanations from different reps.

Their system now shows incorrect subscription data, they claim I had overlapping subscriptions (I did not), and I was essentially told too bad — despite the fact that I cannot afford unnecessary orders right now. This was handled without care, and I received no clear path to fix it.

One rep, Ms. Galvez, gave me completely different information than another, and it left me confused, unsupported, and deeply frustrated. The lack of transparency and disregard for my concerns have cost them what could have been a lifetime customer.

I’ve lost respect for this company, and I’ve left reviews in multiple places so others are aware.

Customer service is so horrible that I wouldn't buy their products again if something goes wrong they blame you and refuse to be helpful or let you talk to their supervisor. Lie to you then when you prove them wrong with facts and pics of emails they double down and blame you again. They don't care about the customers. Sombody there might but i can't find anybody. Go with a diffrent brand you'll be alot happier and save money.

Disappointed to read that the hair supplements have titanium dioxide and more than one dye, which have all been banned in Europe. I bought these, but I will not be taking them.

I’ve used for 5 months , first the Revita , then switched to the Extra Strength for 2 months. Used this in conjunction with the Spectral DNC and THIS IS SLL A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !!!
I’ve emailed and posted on Facebook , this DOES NOT WORK !!!!

Buyer Beware of Hidden Custom Charges on UK site!
When placing this order on what is perceived to be a UK based website as I ordered on DS Labatories - UK, I have since received a customs bill for postage from the Netherlands to pay FedEx £18.46, This is exceptionally misleading as there was no mention of having to pay customs when I ordered.
I would give no stars if possible!

A disappointing waste of both money and time.
It does not work at all.
I have carefully followed all indications about dosage and duration of treatment and, as result, I have... threw away 76€.
Please, do yourself a favor: stay away from this product.

Awful customer service and online ordering, Payments taken straight away but you can be left weeks even before they send it out to you.
I like their products but just do NOT buy from them use Amazon or similar.

Decided to return product without using. Received an RMA#, followed instructions and provided tracking number to them. For the life of me, can't seem to get a response about my refund. Then I get a message that my "ticket"? is going to be closed after I had sent numerous emails to them. Customer Service is absolutely horrid. Great when buying the product, anything after that...not so great.

I would not do business with this company. I had a terrible experience. Their customer service is terrible. Their website states that their products have a 100 percent money back guarantee. Their product did not work for me. I called them after I had no results and they told me to buy more product in that it would take longer to work. They told me it was all guaranteed. After I paid for more product and that didn't work, they said they would only refund my second order. That is NOT a 100 percent guarantee. That is a 50 percent guarantee. Their Customer Service were not helpful, only wanting me to spend more money with them. Very frustrating. So as I said, I would be buyer beware....and not do business with them.

Poor customer service ! I've had to file two complaints on this company with the on line BBB. Everytime has been a nightmare getting a live agent to resolve billing and shipping issues. Recently, I sent a request via email to update my credit card information and follow the directions as indicated through the Zen Desk. ( What a waste of time that was). Still now reply and its been 1 week now. In the past the customer service rep commented that the cost to hire someone live to man the phones were too expensive. Well look at their rating 46 percent have rated them with poor customer service at the lowest rating of 1 star. Buyer beware, I would re consider doing business with this company. It has been the most flaky, unreliable and non trusting experience as a customer I have ever experienced. I get the impression this company is running their business out of their garage and run by a one person operation. It has been a terrible experience !

DS Laboratories took my money but failed to deliver then lied about location of product.
Do Not Trust this Company.

Revita shampoo does really work! I don’t normally buy a medical shampoo from pharmacies for fear that it would affect my hair negatively. But this time I did. I normally have thick shiny hair, but for the past 6 months, I started losing lots of hair especially when I wash it. I see lots of hair falling on my shoulder and blocking the drain. It was frightening! But after I used REVITA for only one month, I noticed the difference. Little hair falls out , and now I see new hair growing. It is expensive, but I bought it on offer. I will still buy it, though.

Doesn’t work! I try their nanoxidil topical solution and I lost all the hair that I had gained in the past using rougaine, 3 month using the product with no good results.
