0 stars. Online shopping from hell experience.

Placed an order on April 1st for $39 (after shipping and taxes) for a hat. First time ordering from this company. April 8th (8 days later) comes along, I think hmm I should check the tracking on that order, sure enough the order hadnt even been dropped off at Fedex, only a shipping label created. It is now April 9th, still hasn't been dropped off. Over the last 2 days I've sent multiple emails, called multiple times within business hours, only to be on hold for 30 minutes until an automated message plays stating their business hours then hangs up the call. DTLR has done absolutely nothing to respond or communicate with me. Going to write a complaint with the BBB and file a chargeback with my bank at this point because I absolutely cannot get ahold of anyone from this company.

Will never shop this company again. Shipped my package with an entire pair of shoes missing. Invoice makes it look like shoes was shipped but they weren’t. I can’t get in touch with an actual person. No response from email or live chat and the phone number, no one picks up. Horrible establishment, im about to put in a claim with my bank for a refund.

Would give zero stars if possible no

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They don’t ship your order. If you email they don’t respond. If you call it says wait a certain amount of time and then after 20 minutes it HANGS YOU UP. NO ONE RESPONDS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE FRAUD.

I purchased two Nike Sweatsuits for my husband. He didn't care for the colors or the style, so I went back to the store after calling the Customer Service Number Several Times, NO answer. They was very rude at the Bessemer Alabama Location. She said to the other associate, these people are crazy, referring to me after I ask for a Refund. I didn't understand after making a purchase with a Debit Card, I couldn't get my money back?? They was very rude...again! She called someone on the phone to explain to me that do not give money back under any circumstances. I wish they tell u that before they take ur money. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN! $286.00 Wasted MONEY!

This company has horrible customer service and are basically just incompetent. My order got canceled 5-6 times without any explanation and it was a struggle just to get in touch with anyone on their customer service line. Hold times were over 30 minutes. Just a horrible company overall.

I couldnt remember which company sends out used looking old footwear. Until my order came yesterday. Stay away from this company. They are sending out marked/scuffed up, worn looking product. This would now be the second pair of footwear in sometime I have received that is like this. Go to bbb read the complaints save yourself the headache.

Got shipped the wrong pair of pants twice and one store wouldnt even pick up the phone to answer questions on the product all sett with this store website il stick to the direct retailers...... took 7 different phone calls to other stores in the area to get a answer from the store that shipped the wrong pants out my mistake for odering a second pair i had to get refunded hoping it was the pair i had wanted in the begining to be told its something wrong with thier site .....

I paid for 2day shipping. The day I placed the order, they printed a shipping label but didn't ship out my order until 3 business days later. Why would I pay extra for 2day shipping if DTLTR holds on to the order for 3 days

Randomly canceled my order! No explanation and took weeks to refund me! Stay away

I went 5 min before closing for a pick up order an this 3 employee O’laja , Dynasty and Letty from machester ct store treated me very nicely they got my pick up ready an they closed the box with tape for me I’ll definitely go buy there again 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Unprofessional company. I have had horrible experiences with both shipping and picking up orders in-store. Charged for an item that was never shipped to the store. If you try to call customer service, you will be left on hold and ultimately hung up on. They will not get my business again.

This was my first time ordering from DTLR, delivery time was fast but the ink alarm was still on the clothes.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FOR SOME JUMPMANS .. @ $39 THEN NEXT DAY ORDER WAS CANCELED FOR LOW STOCK BUT WEN IN FACT I WENT TO CHECK . I WAS ABLE TO ORDER N NOW PRICE WENT UP TO $59 .
IT DIDNT MAKE SENSE Y HAV SALE THEN RAISE PRICES .. WAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS. I WONT SHOP HERE N I WILL TELL EVERYONE ...

I ordered from this company in November 2025 they never shipped the item. After several phone calls and emails they agreed to send me a refund. After a couple weeks they sent reimbursed part of the money. I'll use the site again.

I ordered two pairs of Nike Air shoes for my son. They were the wrong size and I returned them by mail the next day. To my surprise I was only reimbursed for one pair of shoes. Their warehouse says only one pair was returned which is a total lie. They have thieves working in the warehouse apparently likely selling the stuff on eBay. Im utterly disgusted with this company and would never purchase from them again.

I am writing this review to warn future customers about my terrible experience with DTLR and their extremely poor customer service.

I ordered three pairs of shoes totaling nearly $200 for my daughter before Christmas, expecting everything to arrive on time and in proper condition. Instead, when the package arrived, they only sent ONE shoe in the box — not a pair. Just a single shoe. That alone is unacceptable.

Getting help from customer service was almost impossible. No one answers the phone, and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with a real person. When I finally did reach someone, I was shocked at how unhelpful the company was. Not only did they fail to take proper responsibility for their mistake, but I was also forced to pay for return shipping out of my own pocket, even though the error was completely theirs.

To make matters worse, the only solution they offered was 20% off a future purchase, basically asking me to give them more money after they already messed up my order and my Christmas.

This experience was stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable for a company of this size.
DTLR has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, and I will never shop here again.
I strongly suggest that anyone considering ordering from DTLR think twice.

DTLR be on some bullshit. They had shoes in stock and I ordered them before they sold out and all of a sudden the cancel my order because they said they had sold out. That’s a lie, they do a lot of back dooring and sell shit to their friends. F this store. They won’t ever get my business again.

I ordered three items on 12/17/2025 and have yet to receive the third item. I can't get anyone on the phone because it hangs up on you automatically. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE EVER. you can't get in contact with anyone to resolve any issues. I need my money back at this point.
