8/29/2024 ordered hearing aids turned to be amplifers. Received product, returned product in august. 12/06/2024 still no refund, 2/10/2025 no refund, inquired at support duares.com mailer failure notice unable to deliver. now no refund out $99.95. Had to send product to australia, Citi bank paid on my credit card. No recourse for me!

I only gave one star because giving a zero is not an option. I ordered the panties on Dec 23rd and here it is Feb 10th with no delivery. My first couple of emails were answered but now nothing. When I looked at tracking it had them sitting in the same place for weeks. I brought this to their attention and low and behold it miraculously updated to they had been delivered 19 days ago! No, they were not! We live in a rural area and our packages are dropped behind a locked gate if they cannot fit in mailbox., so no porch pirates. Now they are ignoring me, I am beyond livid! From other reviews sounds like they aren't going to fit either. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The "zero leak" incontinence panties they sell hold about 5 drops of liquid. They are uncomfortable and hot. I have emailed customer service twice, no response. The warranty and money back does not exist and even if it did, they charge a $20 restocking fee and the customer has to pay the return shipping to China!!

Ordered the buy 5 get 5 underwear. They are way too small. Ad says they will adjust to a different size if they don't fit. I have messaged them 3 times with no answer to any of them. Very disappointed. Don't suggest buying anything else from them.

I ordered the special, which was to be 10 pr and another 10 as a bonus. It processed the same day, and I emailed them immediately saying I did not want 20 pair and to please adjust. They didn't respond. I was charged 119.99 and it took a month to receive. I tried on and they are too tight. I wrote immediately asking for larger size or to return as offered guaranteed. No response. It's been over a month. I want to return for credit but unable to get anyone to respond. I can't afford 119.00 and they refused to adjust my order. I need help in rectifying this. I ordered underpants according to your size chart and when I finally did get my order the underpants were way too small, almost like a childs. I started sending emails and that stupid voice chat and received no answer to either one. I guess that taught me a valuable lesson to read reviews before ordering. This is a very fly by night scam and I really wish they would refund my $60 and leave the internet.

The minute I opened the package, I knew I did not want the product. I did not like the fabric. I emailed immediately, and received unhelpful replies. After continuous emails, I received the “Mailer Daemon” message. I found the phone number called it several times, it immediately disconnected. Do not buy from this company. They are not reputable.

Customer service doesn't exist. Tracking was awful. Emails not answered. Tracking service stopped once the product reach US. Took 2 attempts to log in to account and finally see where the hearing aides where at in the shipping process. Three weeks after placing order they arrived. The product will take time to get used to them. The fault is the feed back when trying to put them in. I will not be wearing these all the time.

If I had read Duares Trust Pilot Reviews prior to ordering I would have saved myself hours of frustration with this company. I have now sent my 5th email canceling an order and have not received a response from the company nor a credit even though I canceled the order within 30 minutes of placing the order. I will contact my credit card company to credit the charge since this company appears to run a major scam.

Totally a scam, do not buy from them! I ordered a month ago, first time I tracked, it showed delivered, fat lie. I email them. The next time I tracked, it showed in transit has been since Dec 30th. they will not answer the phone, rings once then dial tone. They Do not respond to emails.

Product delivered is not correct. Company will not respond to emails, nor answer their phone! How is this company allowed to continue to advertise?

Ordered over a month ago and have not received. Did tracking - these are being shipped from China. Had I known that I would never have ordered. Probably out my money and will try something else.

I ordered $50+ worth of underwear and they are way too small. The company refuses to let me exchange for a bigger size, even when I offered to pay the shipping, because they "sent what was ordered"!

Should be zero stars. I believe it is a scam. The panties are a poor proportional fit. They would be uncomfortable if I attempted to wear them. I cannot get anyone to respond to my request for a refund and how to return the underwear.

The only thing I've ever purchased or tried from them is the women's no leak underwear. They're the best I've ever tried. I've leaked in quantities that I expected to have soaked my jeans, but there wasn't a drop outside the underpants. I never used customer service and delivery was slow, but the product is by far the best I've used. I had to wear 2 pairs at a time of Everdries, and went through 8 pairs a day. I often use a single pair of the Duares all day, at most 3 pairs. Fit could be improved, but I don't care.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. Absolutely terrible Customer "Support," even worse customer communication, and even the "RISK-FREE Moneyback Guarantee" is a scam in itself. The product supposedly has a 90-day guarantee, but this compy won't even entertain a request for return/refund until AFTER the 90-day period is over, and only if you PROVE you tried the devices all throughout that trial period. I can't use my devices at all - they fall out of my ears after blasting me with squealing feedback. Supposedly "invisible," these are NOT small enough to fit your ear. The video on their website is a scam as well...the devices they show fitting into the ear canal ARE NOT what they are selling. Facebook should share in the scam charges, it's obvious they do NOTHING to vet the advertising they sell. NEVER buy ANYTHING from Facebook ads. I'm out $150, but have no income, so I have to chalk it up to a costly life lesson. My bad...but NEVER AGAIN.

They only get ONE star because I had to for it to let me continue.😡 Theirs is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT or response to any inquiries for product replacement or refund.

Wanted to return leg massages that did not help my foot edema! There 800 number doesn’t work and customer service put me off twice and won’t respond to my inquiry for return instructions! Now that my 90 day refund period is over I give up and hope they go out of business! Facebook has advertised similar product and stay away from all the scam companies out there.

Purchased a knee massager which worked pretty good but after 4 and 1/2 months broke. I spent $105 and requested a replacement which is reasonable. And they towed the company line saying there's only a limited 3-month warranty. This is not a world class organization. The right thing would have been to say we apologize we're going to send you a new product right out. I would not buy this new massager ever again for poor manufacturing and poor follow-up service. Terrible overall experience. Again do not buy you will be sorry you spent your money

I bought hearing aids could not use them. I tried to return them got no help or awnser after 90 days.They will not stand behind there guarantee.Do not use this company! there add is a lie!!
