I gave a 4 star because of a little hiccup, but in the end Ayesha saved the day. The turn around time was exceptional, I need the Dubai visa in 48 hours and I got it in less than 24 hours. They messaged me through out the entire process, made sure my information was correct and I appreciated that. They worked with me and ensured I got the visa on time,so I would definitely recommend them.

Scammers will withhold your visa until you pay for COVID insurance to send you your visa - an additional Tourist medical visa even after explaining to them that I have global medical insurance that covers travel. What makes it worse is that they do not tell you this at checkout.

Service is excellent. Especially you co-ordinate on whatsapp too.
I would definately recommend my friends too for applying through you.

I have read many of the review about Dubaievisaonline, I thought at the beginning that it is toooooo good to be true. But after my experience, and how i received within days my visa through this company, i would say that ALL EXCELLENT reviews given remain too little to describe about this EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. tl;dr They aren't aware of UAE visa requirements and get things wrong. They will leave you out to dry and charge you insane amounts for services, and even then leave you stuck

- They are unaware of UAE visa requirements. They put the wrong name on my visa (in UAE your name should include your father's name)
- When asked to correct it, they charged $250 for cancellation + $600 for a new visa (a total of almost $1000!)
- I was desperate, stuck in the airport and trying to leave. So I paid them $1000 at 10am on Friday, being guaranteed a new visa in 4 hours
- As soon as they got payment, they stopped replying to my messages. By 5pm Friday, the immigration office was closed. At 7pm, they told me I will have to wait until after the weekend for my visa (48 hours)
- On top of all that, the prices they charge are about 3x of what the UAE government actually charges for services, and 2x what other competitors offer. (I was stupid enough to pay more thinking I was paying for quality)

I was disappointed when my son made a double payment of our visa and you refused to do a refund. Going forward try to be fair with your clients.
