1) Does not remember your login.
2) Poor UX design, not the least bit intuitive.
3) Used only twice on some Malayalam language translations, and the system did not detect the number of speakers.
4) Every time you change some settings, the whole video has to be uploaded again. Generally bad design architecture.
5) Customer service is slow, and you will not get your money back immediately when you cancel the subscription before the term.

The service is based in India, and as per their cultural norm, tried to bribe me with a one-month free subscription if I removed this review.

Nice product, easy to use and efficient, hope it will be better with time

Very nice and genuine dubbing software. Super useful in education for Hindi based learners.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one due to the lack of improvement.

The quality of Japanese dubbing is quite poor. Hiragana is read correctly in Japanese, but kanji are not read at all. Therefore, it does not function as a dubbing app.

Customer support is bad. I have received reports from some users. They have expressed concerns about the slow speed of refunds. Support was good until a year ago, but it has declined recently.

Dubverse needs so much improvement to be a good software.

1. Subtitles: although the translation is quite accurate, the fact that it first goes into English and then into the target language makes it absolutely useless when subtitling any other language because it will generate lots of mistakes due to double translation. I lost so much time trying to fix the mistakes that I don't use it anymore and prefer a free online service now.

2. Text-to-speech : voices are completely unrealistic and very robotic. There is no way to change the tone, to add emotions, etc...Plus, sometimes it mixes languages and the dashboard is confusing, once you press a button it will take forever to refresh and makes it impossible to hear the changes you make.

3. Dubbing: Last time I tried it, the lip sync was horrible and makes it a pain to watch a video dubbed.

I bought a lifetime deal a while ago, thinking that the software would improve with the time, but each time I log in, I only see one or two insignificant new features.

Platform is good but very lagging recently. Having so many difficulties in even login. It's showing failed to load every time. I have purchased a 6 month membership and i don't want to go through all of this every single day till my subscription last. Kindly tell your technicians to improve the user experience and stop this lagging and hanging.

They have good platform. Most of the time accurate. But, the customer support is very slow and not well trained. They at times don't even bother to respond to every customer message. I've been kept waiting in my case for a day as their support is based out of India and do not have round the clock support.

The product is currently in Beta, and while at times there was downtime, my concerns were addressed quickly. The service is useful for quickly translating videos, and I use it exclusively every day. I get work done in less time because their site is simple to use.

Used Dubverse to produce multilingual video content. And must say they have done some great job with how easy it is to convert a video to another language. Best part was I could change the script too making it more effective for our video ads. They have different voice over to select from depending on the target market.
