This is a scam
This is a scam, they will steal your money. Just like that. I placed an order and I received a confirmation email about my order without any information about the delivery date. I waited for 10 days then I dropped them an email and they asked me to wait another 10 days. Another 10 days passed and nothing happens. I send them another email, they replied to me that the order is not placed offering me to reorder using a voucher code to not charge me again. I refused to re-order and I asked them for a refund and they didn't and even did not reply. So they are will steal your money as simple as it is!!!!

"Stuck in customs"
Just like a lot of other people, never received my already paid for product. They came up with the same lame 'stuck in customs' excuse, and after waiting for another month and asking for a refund, they simply didn't reply anymore. Do NOT trust them!

Product never arrived
Product never arrived. They said it was “stuck in customs, several other customers have had similar problems, but should be on its way soon.” That was about a month ago and after requesting a refund they stopped replying to my emails. They sent a tracking code but it was really dodgy and didn’t seem legit.

It appears to have been delivered to a different address but we did print the correct name and shipping address on the label.
All our AU orders are being endorsed to Australia Post
for delivery and we rely on what the Australia Post
website says (if its delivered) because that is our only proof that the item we shipped out has reached its destination.
Would you be so kind to ask your family members or neighbors to see if they took your package by mistake or if Australia Post
delivered the package in your neighbor's box OR call Australia Post
to find out the true status of your shipment if it was indeed delivered or still sitting in one of their processing centers and provide them with your complete name and shipping address.
The tracking number they give are used many times... Aus Post has advised im not the only one

Complete fraud!
I ordered two of leather bracelet & Phone charger and waited for more than 3 months. I did not receive my items and could not get a refund. This is fraud and this "DUDEVILLAGE" is scamming you guys. I pressed 1 and regret to do it but can’t erase it now. Why??
Since August I bought Flawless Teeth Whitening Pens and of course I had to pay for that and is January 16, 2019 and never received them. Last time they answered me back was in October telling me that was shipped and wait 60 days before anything. I never could track anything since their China tracking number doesn’t work in New York and the point is until today I never received anything and loose my $ too. And they closed the case like normal. And never refund my $ or contacted me since October 2018. Amazing. I will never buy from Gadget Dudes again or suggest anyone to do it.
