Ordered their product in Sept 24, and it took awhile to ship but eventually received and all good. A few months ago it worked sporadically, inexplicably not functioning, and just recently attempted to contact customer service. That email bounced back, that’s when I noticed no website. I see it is for sale online from resellers so I would avoid altogether. I believe the warranty was for 1M pulses, my counter is down to 975k, well short of warranty, but that means nothing at this point to get an exchange. Product seemed to work, but since it’s no longer supported go with Nood.

I ordered a product about 1 year ago. I received it, no issues. I didn't use it for about 5 months. After 3 uses the laser diode ruptured. I sent photos and they said they would send me a new one. Across the next three months I emailed multiple times - I was 'upgraded' to the next tier; told shipping was delayed, twice; and then didn't hear back. I emailed again and requested a refund, they did not reply. Emailed again 2 weeks later, and the email BOUNCED, the website is GONE, and I cannot get onto anyone. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Company took my order, charged my card, and vanished. Website is gone, no further information beyond receipt. How do I get in contact with them? Others please DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered a product from this company online, the website said it would ship "in a day or two". Two weeks later the item hadn't shipped. I wrote emails to the company saying "ship now or cancel this order and refund me my money". A week later I get an email saying "sorry for the delay, to compensate you for your trouble we will offer a no-cost upgrade". I responded the next day "when will I get the upgrade?". In the meantime, they ship the original item and then they changed their mind about the upgrade and said "sorry, you didn't respond quickly enough so no upgrade for you". I then tried to get a "Change of Mind" return of the unopened item which they initially committed in an email but when I pursued that they said "sorry, you're not eligible". Just a total fraud of company - they provide word-salad answers to justify their actions and the policies on their website are worthless - they are only there to mislead potential buyers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company advertised a $170 discount in plain English, while the provided code only provided a discount of $25.50. I attempted to get a correct discount code for the advertised discount but the business refused multiple opportunities to provide it, making nothing but outrageous claims trying to backpeddle. Shady and immoral business tactics, beware!

I have tried to stop their SMS marketing that comes every single day, more than one. I have replied stop as the message states, however it then says the message cannot be sent. I have contacted them in all their advertised contact channels and like other reviews, I am being ghosted.

Ordered on June 1st and asked to cancel on June 5th. Said order was at a place that it couldn’t be canceled, which seemed odd since it hadn’t shipped yet. Another couple of days go by and still nothing so I ask what the deal is. I get another excuse that they just received it in the warehouse and asked to have it expedited. So… if it hasn’t actually shipped to me yet, why can’t I cancel? I send another message about that and saying if my order were canceled, it would delay other orders. Such total nonsense. Don’t believe this shady company’s cancellation policy. 14 days later basically and it hasn’t shipped yet and I have tried multiple times to cancel. Very shady indeed!

Ordered their product over 10 days ago. Still haven't received any shipping notification and the website support is ghosting me

On my second inquiry I got an answer. I’m disappointed it wasn’t handled the first time. We will see if they get my product to me timely now.

I ordered before Christmas. First week of January I contacted support to check on the status of my order, they were quick to respond and organize the order. I feel that they forgot about me, so they promptly started to process my order and am still waiting for it. There communication was good when i contacted them but am still waiting for my order. A little disappointed at the moment, I hope this product works well now after this issue
