I play Duelcash every day - I keep track of my $$ - I signed off 3/11/26 with a balance of $168.01 - than signed in on 3/12/26 and balance is only $128.01.
I played in a TriPeaks tournament entry fee of $1.99 - I was ranked #1 (first) Game ID 3934956 with a score over 1,300,000 - game ended 3/11/26 and no payout issued (although $40 removed from my account).

They don’t pay you your winnings and if they do they take them back

The games are good but they can change scores after a game has ended, so it's not a fair contest. Withdrawals remain as "pending" with no further communication. It's really a scam, with standard bot replies if a support request is acknowledged at all.

Recommendation to players: don't add any money, don't expect any payout, maybe just play the games for free, or use a more reputable skill gaming site.

Recommendation to duelcash: start behaving honestly before you get caught.

DuelCash is not completing the games to give the winners their winnings! I have several “ongoing “ games that are over a week old since played and no results! I asked for a refund…nothing!

I played in bingo tournaments, some with prizes of close to $100. On more than 1 occasion, I filled my bingo card with substantial time left on the clock. This should have put me at or near the top of the leader board. Top scores range from 15,000 - 21,000 in tournaments. Yet despite a full card AND time left on timer, they scored it at 2,956 for most recent game. This is not a possible legitimate score with a full card EVER! Of course this low score prevents me from ant prize. The first couple of times I let it go. The time before today I should have been in contention to win 50 -100 as it was a $1.99 entry and prizes of over $1,300. That pissed me off. I contacted them and received no response nor did I receive reparations. Not even my entry fee. This is an UNETHICAL GAMING SITE WITH XRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SITE. They need to be investigated. Maybe we can band together and file a class action lawsuit. I am willing

Absolutely a SCAM!
After numerous messages and promises that it will "take a few days" to process withdrawals, still nothing. This has been going on for a year. They will NEVER pay you. Do not spend your money.

Update: I did fairly well in a tournament, at least in the top 5 one day before tournament end. When i wanted to check the result, it was gone from my list of games...just like that...Strange, right?

I made dozens of deposits and when I tried to withdraw for the 3rd time I was BLOCKED, BANNED. account blocked for "suspicious activity" LMFAO

This is a scam site who does not pay out winnings to the players. They also delete your highscores.

I made a deposit in Dec last year and won a reasonable amount of money, but I guess I had a typo in my email when registering. When I try to login with MY email it says no account. So I went ahead and made an account to see if the system would let me, which confirmed that there was some type of error in my initial sign up. I’ve emailed support multiple times with my transaction id provided through link and NO RESPONSE! Don’t waste your time or money here! Wish I had read reviews before falling victim to the scam!

What a scam, you play the games win prize money, withdraw prize money and NOTHING.
You get a few replies from customer support saying they are looking into it, then after a few weeks they do not even bother replying.
Total scam and very disappointing as I actually won quite a lot over months of playing.
Why bother with cash prizes????

there is no activity. Tickets are not being answered. No free games.

I have played and deposited money I didn't have access to the small amounts I won for withdrawal and in the longer tournaments when I had won a higher position by the time of the tournament ending I had won nothing even though my position remained steady until the end. I was lucky enough that I made my money deposited back in an app that paid me for playing duelcash. I am reviewing to Point out that in many of the reviews here when duelcash replies it is the same reply telling the author that they are flagged for unfair play.and no longer have access to their account sounds like a straight up scam to me if I ever saw one.

This is a scam game. Matches pending for days then disappear. Tried to withdraw but they said I had to play more games to prove I am not money laundering. Also it was only £15 I was trying to withdraw. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Every single person on here needs to report this site/app to the gambling commission.

I really thought this app was great at first and my skill on games good. So I started realising a few things. My scores would disappear on tournaments and my inputted score would be zero. I looked at game results and I would have been placed top. This happened on several occasion. Probably about 20.

But I kept playing until all my money was gone so I could screen record and get some proof. I messaged with this evidence and they have blocked my account from playing tournaments now.

PLEASE PLEASE report them if they have scammed you too!!

Update:

Instead of paying me they banned my account for suspicious activity after contacting them probably over 40 times just to get a $14 payout to PayPal.

They also started deleting my tickets like they were deleting evidence of their wrongdoings.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Began an offer for Inbox Dollars, deposit & play to level. Pretty standard. However, you do not level up no matter what you do & you can’t withdraw anything you win. Contacting customer support is useless, you only get answered by Frederico & the information he provides changes to support the lie. They request your bank information, a picture ID confirmation for “fair gaming” but it’s all a scam. They stop responding to your inquiries & threaten to block you if you persist. I took precautions before complying to have proof of the scam.

They are scammers. They may pay out very small withdrawals, but as soon as you win big and try to withdraw, they claim you have to be vetted by the fraud department. After numerous months of promising me I would receive my winnings 'within a few days', they finally sent a fraction of it, promising to send the rest soon, which they never did.
Most of the time the customer support answers messages with the same copy-paste replies that clearly show they don't bother to read your text. Occasionally, I would receive an 'excuse' like claiming they are understaffed temporarily so there will be a delay. It's all BS. They strung me along for ONE AND A HALF YEARS, occasionally showing promise when I'd periodically (every few weeks or months) send messages. Then they had the fraud department contact me and demand documentation as well as for me to take a video of me playing the BINGO game in which I won over $500, and requiring me to reach a minimum high score they set. JUst asking that is ridiculous, but then every time I tried to do it, I'd get a bingo card in which such a high score is not possible. Total manipulators.

For months I kept quiet, then tried again...just to have them either ignore messages (for weeks) or send stupid repeat copy paste replies.

Yesterday, I sent them a message after they did not reply to numerous previous ones, saying simply: YOU ARE CRIMINALS and should be ashamed.

When I tried to sign in today to see if they replied, I found they had terminated my account, claiming 'user fraud' with no explanation of what fraud I was being accused of.

Don't give them money.
Don't waste time appealing for winnings.

The games are fun but only if you don't play with cash.

Fortunately, I did not put much money into the site. They sent me only $115 of the over $800 they had owed me. (It's so long ago, I can't recall the exact number but I believe it was like 878)

Games take days to finish if they even finish at all. avoid this site
