Life changing chiropractor
Fortunate to live in Marbella,,I started my journey with Glenn Duffy and his team about 2 months ago after a recommendation from a friend. I bought a 30 session package. I’m 66 and my during my first few visits I had a walking stick thanks to sciatica down my right leg. Fast track to today and I have 2 sessions left. I waltz into the practice, I sleep much better - no more sleeping tablets! my blood pressure is now perfect and I don’t need medication any more, my posture is better and I feel like I am walking taller and I sit with pride. My energy levels are amazing. I meditate regularly. My breathing exercises give me new vigour. Quite honestly, I’m a changed person. It’s quite surreal. Best investment in my health ever.
