I had to provide a 'provisional ticket' for my fiancée to transit through a particular country. I searched the web. Read that 'dummyticket247' provides such services. I trusted the information, and wow, I was so delighted to find the service to be quick, reliable, convenient, and trustworthy.

I paid for a reservation and it was never received. I tried to contact them, but they did not responded. The basically stole my money.

I’ve been using their service for few years already and last time was January 31, 2026. Although i was in a panic mode because the reservation is not veriafiable by the airline, while im on my way to the airport i emailed customer service. And Sara the agent was responding me but it took an hour of wait from his response. So i did send a few emails and before i could check in she asked me if i can change the dates of my onward so she can book for another airline which i can verify on the airline’s website which i agree of course. Luckily it works all fine in the end just in time of my check in. Will use them again!

Great customer service and their ticket works for all systems

I only needed to show it at the check-in counter but it worked. Later at the customs they didn’t ask for it luckily. One thing is that the email comes by name “dummyticket…” so I forwarded to my email address deleting this name…. Because they do check it on phone or else you have to print it but still hide the name. Would be more useful if they could send the email with a different name..
