The best thing is their customer service which is so fast in responding and getting things solved quickly.
If they could prepare the PDF ticket identical to any third party agents' ticket format it would be great as it would appear so legit. Otherwise everyone should give a try and save dollars!

Unauthorized booking change risked my visa
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I submitted my original flight reservation to the embassy for a visa application. Without my permission or even notifying me, the employee canceled that reservation and issued a new one. I never asked for this change, and it put my visa process at serious risk since the embassy only had the old booking. I’m now under a lot of stress because of a mistake I didn’t make. This level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

I used the 14 days reservation in my Visa Application and I got my VISA. they are legit.
Also the support is reactive. When I tried checking my reservation after 1 week and i couldn't find it. They resolved the issue quickly

Misleading Service – Cost Me My Visa
I paid for a 15-day flight reservation for my visa application through DummyTicket247. Unfortunately, they canceled the ticket on the 7th day without notice – even though I had paid for the full 15 days. This cancellation directly impacted my visa application, which was denied as a result.
I spent a lot of money preparing everything, and this ruined the entire process. I reached out to them multiple times, and their responses were vague and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone — not even to my worst enemy. It was a complete waste of money and trust.
Be very careful before using them — they promise "hassle-free" service, but my experience was anything but that.

Bought a ticket valid for 7 days because of visa duration time. I flew 6 days after and emailed them to confirm my ticket. The responds was within minutes!
They even reached out and suggested to extend the duration of my ticket for a few days, without any extra costs.
The ticket worked perfectly and there were no problems whatsoever on the airport.
