Very poor experience with Duncan Lewis Solicitors. My case was handled by a caseworker rather than a solicitor, and I never once spoke directly to a solicitor throughout. Communication was poor, updates were minimal, and I constantly had to chase for information. The service felt disorganised and lacking proper client care.
Communication was extremely poor throughout. I was repeatedly told I would receive updates or be contacted, but this often did not happen, leaving me having to chase for basic information.
The handling of the case felt disorganised and reactive rather than proactive, which caused unnecessary stress in what was already a time-sensitive and difficult situation.
Overall, I did not feel properly supported or kept informed, and I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. I would go as far as to say stay away from this firm.
