Recommended by two people to use Dunham Surveyors. We are buying a semi detached in SW London and found them very easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward. We had the quote, filled in the form and Dunham's did the rest.

The report was very detailed but easy to follow. We saved £37,000 off the property and very pleased. The Drone survey was very handy and Neil is pretty experienced as a Surveyor so we felt confident throughout and from the recommendations. Cost seemed quite expensive at first but when you look at what we saved it turned out to be a wise decision. All in all excellent

Wonderful and a smooth experience. Excellent service from start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism. Neil was very kind in guiding is on how to negotiate a lower purchase price by explaining the report in a simple way as, first time buyers we were clueless. I would highly recommend!!

We were first time buyers and after some calls with a few surveyors we opted for Dunham Chartered Surveyors after speaking with Neil. He was very informative and provided some good advice. The report was detailed, with lots of photos. We ended up savings small fortune on renegotiation and the the Drone Survey was well worth having. Excellent.

We rang a few surveyors but Neil at Dunhams was very attentive and gave us advice throughout the service. We saved 13k on the property so was well worth the survey. Not the cheapest but excellent service and happy with the advice provided. PS go for the drone survey, this was what helped us with such a big saving.

Second survey after our first house fell through. First class yet again.

Very pleased with our survey. Neil called and we booked there and then after a half hour phone call with him. Lots of info in the report, highlighted aspects we didn't know about.

The drone survey worth every penny as the chimney stack needs rebuilding. That alone was a cost saving of £3000. This more than paid for the cost of the report. This was almost £1500 so we saved £1500 off the property and a free survey.

Neil is very thorough and you can tell his years of experience just by chatting to him and backed up by a quality report.

Dunhams were efficient, reasonably priced and detailed in their reporting. Helped us see some issues. Only downside would be wobbly video on the drone but it was a windy day so it could have been this. Other than this no problems.

Amazing service. Neil was very aware of our needs. We were buying a £3m property and wanted a one to one with the surveyor. Neil provided an hour of his time before the survey and an hour afterwards to discuss the report.

We spoke with a few companies but none gave us confidence that they had our interests. They seemed more interested in the money than our concerns.

The report he produced was 219 pages and 300+ photos. Very detailed. We also had a drone and this helped us negotiate 67k off the property asking price due to the condition of the hidden flat roof and other problems.

Money well spent all for a £2000 fee.

Ordered a Level 3 from Dunham's. I was originally having a Level 2 but the drone survey wasn't included with the Level 2 so the different cost wasn't much more. I paid £1100 for the survey and Neil found 19k of problems. All in all the 1100 was a reasonable price given the five figures what we got off the house.

Great communication and detailed report.

We used Neil in 2018 for an extension and some architectural drawings on our previous house. When we were looking for a Level 3 we noted Neil and Dunham's did these so we used Neil again as our experience last time was second to none.

As always, very polite and a detailed report. We opted for the free drone survey which indicates roof issues. We saved some money on the new house.

We will be using Neil for our upcoming extension plans. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

Not cheap but we saved a lot of money. Detailed report abd good communication throughout. We couldn't get hold of the surveyor the day after we received the report but he was on holiday and after an email he rang us within an hour. Will use again.

Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I'm a fellow professional in a different sector and I believe you get what you pay for. Pay less you get less of a detailed report. Pay more and you get more. The surveyor has more time when you pay more. This is why we paid upwards of £1500 for our survey. Neil found defects of a good five figure sum and we got this knocked off the property. So we saved more by paying more. No brainer.

We have used Dunham Hale Surveyors on three occasions now. Always easy to deal with and they get the job done without trouble.

One of Dunhams selling points is that they will guarantee to find at least £2000 in defects or refund you the survey fee if they don't. They actually found £11000 for us on this house and we negotiated with the vendor and managed to get 9000 off the house.

Survey cost was £1200 but we got ££9000 off the house so this is monet well spent.

I our first house we thought this was a really good assurance we wish all surveying firms did the same.

Really good service. A little expensive compared to others but you do get a more personal service. Neil called me at 7pm to discuss my survey after the visit, which my husband and I thought was above what most companies would do.

We really liked the costs of defects which gave us an idea on what we needed to spend post completion.

Not the cheapest but like others have said, what you pay determines how much time is put into the survey and report. We will use again.

We have used Dunham Hale Surveyors before and always efficient and competent. We opted for a drone survey with the level 3.

Lots of issues we didn't realise and turns out that the drone showed some major problems with the roof sagging, bowing and lots of loose tiles.

We managed to get a whopping 35k off the property.

We are very pleased yet again.
