Venho por este meio apresentar uma queixa formal contra o DuoSpin Casino (NovaForge Ltd, licenciado em Anjouan) devido a práticas manipulativas e abusivas que resultaram na perda do meu saldo de 85.000€.
Os principais pontos são os seguintes:
Promessas enganosas da gestão VIP – Fui informada de forma explícita que, se aumentasse as minhas apostas e a minha atividade, o meu nível VIP subiria e teria levantamentos mais rápidos e de maior valor. Com base nessas promessas, continuei a jogar até perder todo o saldo. No entanto, a minha conta manteve-se no nível VIP 1 e a promessa nunca foi cumprida.
Conta rebaixada após grandes ganhos – Depois de uma vitória significativa, o meu nível VIP foi reduzido, limitando os levantamentos. Isto foi claramente uma manobra deliberada para impedir que eu levantasse os meus ganhos legítimos.
Obstrução de levantamentos – Mesmo após a verificação completa da conta, o casino exigiu repetidamente documentos adicionais, atrasando e impedindo os meus levantamentos.
Suspensão da conta – Após apresentar uma reclamação, a minha conta foi colocada “em revisão”, bloqueando ainda mais o acesso.
Ausência de resposta do casino – Contactei o suporte do DuoSpin, mas em vez de tratarem da minha queixa, enviaram apenas uma resposta genérica citando os Termos & Condições e ignoraram os meus contactos posteriores.
Atuação ilegal em Portugal – Tenho confirmação do regulador português SRIJ de que o DuoSpin (e a sua marca associada WinBay) operam sem licença em Portugal.
Este comportamento demonstra fraude, manipulação e má-fé. Tenho todas as provas (emails, registos de chat e capturas de ecrã) para sustentar as minhas alegações e estou disponível para as fornecer a quem analisar esta queixa.
Solicito a vossa ajuda para resolver esta situação e obter o reembolso dos fundos perdidos devido a manipulação.

SCAM ALERT – Avoid this casino!
I deposited 90 PLN and won 1,600 PLN. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, the casino repeatedly declined my withdrawal request without giving a valid reason. I contacted support multiple times, but they kept coming up with vague or contradictory excuses. This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out. Do not trust this casino with your money!
