I have sent multiple emails, asking to cancel the order. The emails keep getting sent back to me. No new info on tracking information. No communication.

A total scam. No contact after being advised of product dispatch. Unable to contact customer services...emails cannot be delivered. 84€ down the drain. Feeling rather low after being duped

Please do NOT buy from Dustaclean. They have simply stolen my money. I regrettably ordered from them a few weeks ago and have received no product. They are based in Latvia (which was not clear) and they also scam you by charging a high ‘warranty’ at checkout with no option to not accept it. They took £84 from my bank account for a vacuum advertised at £64 which I never received. They should be banned from trading with the UK.

DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL
Cannot cancel within an hour of order placement as told goods already despatched. No tracking info nor advice of being shipped. Follow up for non delivery and told me they needed confirmation of my delivery address after telling me I could not cancel because goods already been despatched!!! That’s not hard to work out is it? They lie to you so I advise anyone DO NOT GO NEAR this company unless you are prepared to go through the appropriate Australian authorities to retrieve your money

ordered 3 vacs from them, they would not give me a tracking no. so i filed a PayPal dispute, which was rejected for which i i have no idea. have lost nearly $200 AUD , thought at my age and amount to stuff i order online i would know better, just too trusting, going to keep all my purchases on Amazon, the most reliable source on the internet.just an update ,PayPal have decided to give me a partial refund at this stage for not receiving the goods, do not deal with this company, i have ordered a similar product from Amazon which will arrive next week.

BEWARE! This product is average. Low suction, few attachments. AIt is far too exoensive for what you get. It is priced in American dollars and this is not obvious until you have committed. An overpriced and over rated product.

This company is one of the worse I have every dealt with and I have lost money by purchasing a vacuum cleaner that was VERY expensive and simply not fit for purpose.

To add insult to injury, they also added extended warranty that I did not ask for and when I tried to return it, they just wanted to give me a discount without providing any information on how I should return this useless piece of junk. The Vac also arrived in a damaged box and flimsy envelope.

I did log a case via a famous payment company that I will not mention in this review (it will be in a separate review) but lost the case although I gave a mass of evidence that this was close to a scam.

Please do your research before going anywhere near purchasing from this company.

I just want to say thank you for all the reviews. You have kept me from wasting my time to buy items from false advertisers that are advertising this product! Today is January 4, 2026 and I just saw the advertisement while watching a YouTube video and went to check reviews cause I thought it was true and wanted to buy the product after seeing the advertisement on a YouTube video. But then I saw it had bad reviews unlike the website that falsely claims that it's buyers all loved the fake cheap product made out to look like it's a one of a kind product!

Seriously dishonest. They make no mention of prices being US dollars . Tried to remove the money from my account twice. Totally cunning from beginning to end. Support is simply template stuff. My bank was excellent. Can’t understand why Facebook lets these cowboys advertise and worse is Mastercard who host their transactions. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

After ordering one item realised they had charged me for two and then that it was not Australian dollars - tried to cancel straight away and was told dispatched. Tried to cancel transactions with my bank and have to lodge a claim. So annoyed as I usually check before buying and saw reviews from Australia. Do not buy from this place!!!!

Ordered a package of two, then found I had an ongoing subscription, which I didn’t sign up for.
I originally approached PayPal explaining I had not authorised this ongoing cost.
They came back with the answer, that the correct procedure had been used.
Left it then went back to PayPal changing my query to ‘goods not received.
After a very quick check they confirmed there was no shipping information.
Full refund. Very pleased I persevered.

What was advertised and what was received were very different. The vacuum received was a cheap plastic device which resembled a toy and although it made a noise had no suction power. I compained through PayPal and the good people there refunded me immediately. Plain and simple do not use this company.

This company use what I call 'sharp' practice. They are very cunning. Their ordering policy doesn't give you any time at all to cancel. I ordered and realised they were charging well over the amount and straightaway i cancelled. They wouldn't let me do that as the order goes straight to their warehouse and sent out immediately. I received two mini vacuums which I didn't want. I am loathe to send them back because I had cancelled without delay and they have chosen to send them regardless. I did instruct my bank to cancel the payment which they have done.

Do not buy,, Total scam don’t know how trustpilot rated these 5 tip however mine was “ incomplete” with parts missing therefore under uk statuary rights I actually got my money back & very quickly which scammer actively wants to be taken to the uk ombudsman !!.Hope that helps someone out there who’s been scammed by this shameful organisation .

Scam.
Receipt came through for $126.97.
Two charges to my credit card. The first was $130.77 and the second was for $125.11
Had to cancel the transactions and my card.

Similarly to other reviewers, I ordered one vacuum cleaner and suddenly found I had in fact ordered three more - and they were able to access my PayPal account without my authority for the extra cleaners! I complained to the seller and was told they would be in touch with the warehouse to see if they could stop the order, but minutes later said the order had been shipped! But I should be reassured that they have an excellent “returns policy”. A scam. I’m ashamed that I got sucked into it.

No stars. Exactly same experience as other reviewers.
Ordered 1 and suddenly found 2 orders confirmed for between 2 and 8 vacuums. Tried to cancel immediately-received same e-mails ie saying items already dispatched. Origin Lithuania. I also found this vacuum rated as no 1 on a ‘trusted’ review site.
Never again will I buy on the internet from anywhere other than Amazon!!

Wish I had read these reviews before parting with my cash. Is there any way to cleam the money back? Order placed on 28th May and still not received, no updated tracking since 7th July? Help?

DO NOT buy from this company. I had exactly the same experience as Holly. I realised what had happened immediately when I saw the order summary and contacted their support chat straight away saying I wanted to cancel . I was later sent an email saying that they were unable to cancel the order as it had already left the warehouse. Apparently you need to contact them within an hour to stop it, which I did but they did not get back to me within the hour so that was down to them. I have also been told not to worry, because they will help me send them back. This is not going to help as I imagine there will be a significant cost in sending them back as they seem to be coming from Lithuania!!!

Zero, this is a joke, must be a toy, even then rubbish. This came up in a best review!!!
