It was super easy to set up and schedule an appointment. It was amazing because car rides and places scare my big boy and he didn’t have to leave his bed to see the vet! They were very nice and listened to my concerns. I would recommend to anyone.

This has got to be a sick joke
This has got to be a sick joke. The vet I saw was wonderful. However, it’s been 11 days and my dogs medications are still not here. After a ton of back and forth they said they would send it to a Costco pharmacy near me. They did, but didn’t give the pharmacy the doctors information. So no meds. My dog has an infection and is in pain. They don’t care. They only care about money. Not your pet. RUN

No hassle vet appointment
I was very pleased with our Dutch Vet online appointment. Taking a 105lb livestock guardian dog to the nearest vet for an ear infection is time-consuming and frustrating. Dutch Vet was quick and easy. The doctor was friendly and professional and offered a more comprehensive treatment plan than any of the previous ear infection treatments. I will use them again if needed.

Canceled my prescription after stating…
Canceled my prescription after stating they were filling it. Claimed prescription expired event though in the same email they cited the active prescription. Now my dog has to go without needed meds until they reship. Horrible customer services that goes in circles and will not answer questions. Would not recommend. Save your money on this sham and go to a local vet.

They will take your money but won’t provide the service. Stay far away from this place!

I can't say whether all the vets working with Dutch will be as kind, knowledgeable, and thorough as Dr. Scott Ellison, who I've been consulting with about my kitty's illness. So, this is more a rating of an individual doctor than of the service, itself. He's the best.

I have used the service twice, the first vet clearly did not want to be involved and it was an awkward meeting. The second visit however was wonderful and I felt a lot better leaving the call

Veterinary Team is great, but getting medication is way too slow and difficult to transfer quickly to a local veterinary pharmacy
Veterinarians are amazing ! Very convenient to be able to speak to someone quickly. BUT… Getting medication is slow and transferring prescriptions thru customer service to local pharmacy is difficult!! Vets have no control over transfers.

Best service that I've used for my animals in many years probably 10 or more other than the vet that I had in washougal Washington that was wonderful there was nothing one vet in Albany New York that can compare with having dutch.

Convenient and easy
This has been amazing. Being able to book a vet call after work and having a very nice doctor (despite it being late) treat my cats with such kindness and swiftness. Genuinely can’t believe how easy this is. This is my second time having a call with a vet and genuinely it sounds like I’m overreacting, but it is so nice not having to take a day off from work and take my cats in the car (which they hate terribly). One of my cats poop and vomit on the ride to the vet, so you can imagine how convenient it is to just call a vet from the comfort of my own home without having to move my schedule around this call
