Had a problem with the app so had to contact Duux which was successfully sorted. Instructions supplied with heater not clear enough.

Great small, portable heater…
We were looking for a portable heater and we definitely picked well with the Duux 360. It’s small, light and stays fairly warm - so it’s easy to move from room to room when needed. The app is really useful too and allows you to control the heater remotely. The only, minor, issue for me is that on its two highest setting it’s quite loud…just have turn the TV volume up a bit 😁

Smart Heater Fan 5 Stars
I received my smart heater fan, I already own the cooling fan so love the brand.
However the plug pin was damaged and made it unusable.
I returned it but because I didn’t want to wait until they examined it before they sent a replacement I ordered another -
So waiting for a refund.
The heater fan is fantastic, I use the setting to come on in the morning and am able to switch on from the App.

Worst buy ever.
False advertising at its best, I bought this yesterday for the 'works with google' features. Only to discover the cloud connection problems have been on-going since August!!!
Clearly you don't want to make money, on this finding I'm returning this rubbish and I'll be reporting this this as false advertisement for failure to provide a clear and "flawless experience" as you put it on the packaging!

Duux WiFi app is very poor.
WiFi app very poor. Use heater in manual mode. The fact that the device was able to be connected by WiFi was reason for purchase. My fault I should have checked reviews of the app as well as heater.

Terrible customer service. Cannot contact anyone. E mailed with no reply. Unit was initially damages, returned, hasn't worked since we tried it. Won't connect to the app. Useless to us.

Easy to order….well made cover……but!
Easy to order……..and the cover fits perfectly……but was it really necessary to require a signature for cover for our fan…….? We were happy to wait in to provide a signature when we ordered our fan, as this was an expensive item. This isn’t a complaint…..just a comment!

A very good purchase.
Bought a DUUX whisper fan to use in the bedroom.
It's brilliant. Very silent, speed settings and use of remote is great. Managed to damage the remote early days but was easy to replace via the DUUX website and not too expensive.
