I purchased a pair of carbon fiber insoles in January for €80. After just 2 months of normal sports use, one of them snapped clean during a training session — I heard the crack mid-jump.
When I contacted customer service, instead of looking for a solution, they immediately blamed me, claiming I had misused the product. No warranty, no replacement, no gesture of goodwill — not even the option to buy a single insole.
Checking Trustpilot, I can see I'm not the only one with this experience.
Great concept, poor quality, and customer service that protects the brand instead of the customer. Think twice before investing your money here.
Ho acquistato un paio di solette in fibra di carbonio a gennaio, spendendo 80€. Dopo soli 2 mesi di utilizzo sportivo normale, una si è rotta di netto durante un allenamento — ho sentito il crack durante un salto.
Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti, invece di cercare una soluzione, si sono limitati ad accusarmi di aver usato il prodotto in modo scorretto. Nessuna garanzia, nessuna sostituzione, nessun gesto commerciale — nemmeno la possibilità di acquistare la singola soletta.
Scorrendo Trustpilot, vedo che non sono l'unico ad aver vissuto questa esperienza.
Idea interessante, qualità deludente e un servizio clienti che nefasto oltre che arrogante. Valutatelo bene prima di spendere i vostri soldi. non lo consiglio . provero vktry

Terrible service
So far, I have not received my product. It has been at least two weeks not to mention that you mentioned a free shipping otherwise I would’ve just paid for the shipping to arrive. I’ve been contacting them and have been unsuccessful at this point. I’ve been asking for a refund and still unsuccessful I do not recommend this to anyone. I just read your response. I have been trying to get in contact with you guys for over a week. I have my photos and emails of the attempts in the case that I need them I’ve even messaged you guys through Instagram and I have yet to receive a response. This is the first response that I’ve ever gotten back and it is to dispute information date is in your head false which it’s not I literally at 4:40 PM just got back from the UPS store specifically in pico Rivera, California to ask them if any packages have gotten there they did inform me of a tax that comes from shipments that are international and said that they cannot find mine. My email is posted. I will not leave my personal phone number on here but if you locate me through my tracking number, my information is there and I can receive a call email any form of contact and I’ve yet to receive any and I have requested a refund and I’ve still yet to get it.

Another false review, we answer always, what you say was a custom tax duties that your country ask and take from you not us. If you buy on a website and didn't read the terms and conditions that are written by a lawyer, is our fault? You always can get a refund but you need to respect the terms and conditions

Ottime solette: comodissime fin dal primo utilizzo. Migliorano subito l’ammortizzazione, riducono l’affaticamento del piede e rendono le scarpe molto più confortevoli anche dopo molte ore. Qualità superiore e supporto eccellente: acquisto consigliatissimo.

I ordered a pair of so-called carbon…
I ordered a pair of so-called carbon insoles from this website, believing they were an original Italian product. What I received was a cheap product identical to the ones sold on AliExpress for a fraction of the price.
This company is clearly drop-shipping from China while pretending to sell premium Italian products, which is misleading and dishonest. When I confronted them, they refused to refund me and hid behind a so-called 14-day policy — completely ignoring that the product was not as described.
I have now opened a dispute with PayPal and reported the company to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for deceptive cross-border practices.
Be warned: do not waste your money here. The products are cheap rebranded items from AliExpress, and customer service is untrustworthy.
I strongly advise others to avoid this website and check the real source of the product before buying

First and foremost, specifically our Aura, Premium, and Kevlar models – are unique products of our company. We challenge you, or anyone else, to find these specific products being sold elsewhere online, including on AliExpress or similar platforms. You will not find them, simply because they do not exist anywhere else. These are not generic products, and we are not involved in any form of dropshipping.
Accusing us of reselling cheap Chinese items is not only false but damaging to our reputation, and constitutes defamation.
Regarding our return policy: our 14-day return window is fully compliant with both EU and Italian consumer law, which sets 14 days as the minimum period for returns or exchanges. Our terms and conditions – including this policy – are clearly linked and available to every customer at the time of purchase. By completing the order, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms.
If the customer failed to read or acknowledge them, that is not a failure on our part.
Finally, opening a dispute through PayPal and reporting us to consumer protection bodies is certainly within the customer's rights – just as it is our right to defend ourselves when false and misleading claims are published about our business.
We stand by the quality and originality of our products, the legality of our business practices, and the transparency of our customer service.
Ordine errato, tempistiche di cambio veloci
Ho avuto un problema con l’ordine fatto online tale per cui ho ricevuto un numero per un altro. Contattato il servizio cliente mi è stato inoltrato l’indirizzo per spedire le solette indietro e gentilmente mi è stato reinviato il numero richiesto con anche un’altra soletta da provare. Sensazionali le tempistiche.

Die Schuh Einlage ist trotz richtiger Grösse zu klein, es war ca. 1,5cm kurzer und 1,5cm schmaler.
Sie schreiben Versand kostenlos in die ganze Welt aber schreiben keine Info über mögliche Zoll Gebühren. Augrund eines Fehler von ihnen ist mir der Versand 40 eur mehr gekostet.
Kein Kontakt per tel. erwünscht. Nur per Mail. Zu der Einlage hat es keine Wirkung auf Schnelligkeit im FussbLl obwohl so beworben wird. Für Fussball sind die Kurvige Einlage möglicherweise besser aber ganz ehrlich, ein Mal den Fehler gemacht, mache ich das nicht mehr.
Wenn man in Internet genau sucht, findet man die ähnliche Einlage, möglicherweise besser zur Hälfte von Preis oder sogar viel günstiger.

Purtroppo per una sua esigenza son stato costretto a restituirle mio malgrado perché la qualità è davvero ottima.
Avendo fatto 2 resi, il customer care ha provveduto a farsi carico del 50% della spesa della restituzione e a procedere al reso
