We needed to replace our gas meter cabinet and it was going to cost a fortune to get Cadent out to disconnect the supply, and return to reconnect it after a gas engineer reinstalled the cabinet. Dave came up with a solution that got around this. From previous experience with DWL I was happy to ask him to go ahead with the work, without even bothering to get quotes from other firms. I didn't even ask him what it was going to cost! When I received the invoice I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work involved.

With DWL you won't get a lot of sucking through teeth and exorbitant charges. Just common sense solutions, fairness and, of course, exemplary workmanship and service.

The house was being set up for a heat pump. I needed some new radiators fitting for comfort , also advice for changes to the system for the heat pump installation. Really polite team . Great work on the day, with clean,care and attention I've experienced of any company i have used. I would highly recommend these folks.

Bosch Worcester gave me some companies who they recommended we picked them .

An excellent experience. Kirsty was prompt to respond to my enquiry and book my boiler service. I was updated the day before the service of what time to expect the engineer. Sam, the engineer, arrived as promised and offered an effecient, knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend based on my experience.

Went out of his way to fit me in at a very busy time, it was a large job- new Combi boiler, removing 2 tanks, new job, new shower and fix a towel rail. Great service, all the staff I came in contact with were professional and they worked hard to get the job done quicker than expected and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from sam nothing is to much trouble it is very hard these days to get a reliable, confident, well knowledge tradesman, they are hard to come by these days. It's was an absolute pleasure having sam service and repair a very old boiler and so in the near future we won't hesitate to have DWL out again to fit us a new boiler and then service it 😀

Dwlgas installed, and have serviced our boiler since 2016, and we have always found them friendly and efficient, and reasonably priced. They also modified our system, which had sprung a leak, very quickly and efficiently in a short period of time. No hesitation in recommending them

I had a new boiler installed by DWL 12 months ago and have just had them do the first service.
The engineer was professional, polite and informative.
He arrived at the time I was given and he removed the cupboard door and frame which was necessary to gain access to the boiler. Would definitely recommend this company.
