What a scam, I ordered an item which should have been delivered 27 / 28 January, it never arrived arrived so I message the seller to cancel order as needed it urgently, so went to the RANGE purchased it there.
Monday afternoon 2nd Feb, item turned up and I told the carrier that it was cancelled, so she said she would return the item, which on E BAY showed it has been sent back.
Saturday 7th February a rude Driver from EVERI turned up with the same item, in a wet box, and said I have to return the item, I told him it showed it was sent back on the 2nd February, so as far as I was concerned it was returned he just stood there arguing IDIOT.
In the end he took a photo of this wet box and carried it away, I checked my E BAY and DUM DUM put it down as Delivered SCAMMER.
E BAY have asked me to return it for a refund, for how many times I have told E BAY I do not have the item to return it, never ever touched the item.
And kept my money,
I have told EVERI what the driver did,,,,and I have told the DUM DUM driver he is banned from ever coming onto my property ever again SCAMMER.
2 old age pensioners, here, TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND| WE HAVE NEVER HAD THE PARCEL DELIVERED HERE NEVER TOUCHED THE PARCEL AT ANY TIME, AND MY WIFE IS A WITNESS TO THE CARRIER CARRYING THE PARCEL AWAY RIPPED OFF FOR OVER £40, ERVRI AND E BAY ARE NOT BEING HONEST ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. BE GLAD WHEN MY E BAY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, AMAZON IS MY TOP DELIVERY COMPANY ALWAYS ON TIME POLITE GREAT SERVICE, HONEST COMPANY THANKS.

Never have I come across such an awful complicated web site. It’s almost impossible to find your way around . Nit for the faint hearted. Try some other web site . E Bay is a nightmare .

Le colis est resté plusieurs jours en douane Belge et pour enfin ouvrir le colis qui venait des USA , étonnement la pièce de moto que j’ai commandé est remplacé par un gel vaginal . EBay se dédouane de toute responsabilité.

Worst customer service ever takes days to use to get through customer service. Will keep on putting the phone down. . You will end up losing your money void

E bay are crap, their customer service is not geared to the customer but for the SCAMMER.

I bought a Rolex from an Ebay seller that was authenticated by Ebay. 12 months later I am trying to sell the same watch exactly as I bought it and Ebay say they can't authenticate it.

Money back is a joke after talking to AI for what seemed like a week got a call from an agent spent 10 minutes going through how I never received goods which their seller also confirmed on their own message board. Said I could claim in a few days the time stated was up & the sellers wanted another 4 working days before looking at it. under £10 pounds just wrote it of will never buy from platform again all for seller not buyer.

Recently sold an item for £42.28 and they kindly sent me funds of £32.50.
The rest were all fees ???????????????

Used e bay for years and halls always been good for buyer protection however I purchased ivermectin off of eBay recently and it’s fake tried to resolve through seller %20 discount for a fake product that could potentially kill my horses
EBay’s response it ain’t breaking any rules

I have used eBay for 6 months now and all has been good. But just recently had to contact customer service. They are so slow..great pity. When everything work's well is fine. When you need them ....they are in the cloud!! Great pity

So I won’t use e bay again as I’ve been informed by a customer service agent that it’s perfectly acceptable for the item you are buying or think you are buying to be completely different from any picture or information used. So basically it’s a “unlucky dip” 😡 (ex e bay user)

Like Amazon a cancer to the planet ..people selling fake goods left right and centre , treating sellers like garbage.
The seller fees are OMG.........
And just try to go onto their live chat area and try to discuss anything, its like being dealt with by a special needs group .... your just a shambles.
There is a reason trustpilot is rammed with adverse feedback for E Bay ...and a reason why sellers are leaving the selling platform by the thousands weekly ...you are a dreadful company

Bought a E CHARGER for my new all Electric car. Good price Good reviews and delivery 👌. Costed a extra £1300 for installation etc. Working great. Then e bay sent a email telling me that the charger has faulty including a danger to heath. That sent alarm bells ringing. So I followed e bay advice to the letter. Contacted the seller for a refund and return. No reply. Sent copy of letter, no reply. Then on e bays advice opened a complaint. E bay decided in favour of the Seller. Informed me that the time had expired for any refund and return. That the seller was right and I wrong!. I put it to e bay that my actions were on advice from them. Of course time had expired..... but they didn't answer.

Fraudulent sale of fake and defective air pod pros reported to e bay as such. E bay response was Tharp the advertised sale was within their guidelines and therefore rejected my claim. Conclusion is that selling items fraudulently on e bay is within policy.

Ordered toothbrush heads, they never arrived. I have let e bay know three times and have heard absolutely nothing from them.

Trying to buy something and that stupid prove you are human does not work and then you go on that live chat that is a total waste of time

I ordered a Schatz clock from e-bay. The Google chrome website gave me lots of options for the same clock so I chose e-bay as I use them frequently. The price was competetive but not overly so. delivery was scheduled for the 13-18the December. On 20th december I got a letter fromParcel Post requiring£77.20 in duty & other chrged. When I bought it there was no mention of the supplier being based in the EU indeed the only location reference was London. There was also no menton of there being a liability for impoprt duties. It has now become by far the most expensive of the options shown on Chrome. My message is don't use e-bay. They did not highlight thie consequent liabilty and I have encountered this before. I regard this as exceptionally sharp practice.
