Having the same issues mentioned by the 1-star reviews—-not receiving my scooter. I’ve placed an order last week, and I’ve emailed them about the status of my order/tracking information but got no response. I’ve also reached out to them via their chat support but still nothing. They did, however, charged my credit card right away within 24 hours of purchase…

I’m giving them another week, but if I do not receive any updates, I will be doing a chargeback with my bank.

The conductor 4/3 is a nice trike to ride so I bought another one

On May 18, 2025, I was brazenly defrauded by e-wheelswarehouse.com, a deceitful scam operation masquerading as a legitimate retailer via e-wheelswarehouse.com/. They advertised an electric bike/battery site but vanished after I paid $430 via credit card, failing to respond. The company operates with no phone support, no verifiable physical address, no live chat, and has stonewalled all my emails and chats. This egregious fraud has compelled me to launch a chargeback with my bank and report the site to authorities for immediate investigation and shutdown.

I ordered the product and it charge my card. About 2 weeks later, hadn't heard anything. So I called, called and called, but no answer. Finally, I emailed to to find out the status of the order and they Canceled the order and did not give any reason just said per customer request, which was incorrect.

After placing my order, there isn’t any response from the company. I don’t know when I can get my order.

Amazing bikes. Great customer service. I received my bike with minor scratches and E Wheels Warehouse sent me a replacement part immediately. I definitely will recommend to all my friends.

You cancelled my order and then ignored my communications asking for a reason for the cancellation and to reinstate the order. Ultimately you lost our business and we ordered our electric scooter elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

E-Wheels Warehouse had the best price around for the model I was looking for. Ryan was especially helpful in answering my inquiries and was very helpful in tracking down some info for me after my purchase. Would highly recommend.

We have been cheated by one vendor, so we were glad to have someone who provided the merchandise they advertised.
