My experience at Matracare during my internship has been overall positive. The team is welcoming and genuinely tries their best to create a supportive environment for interns. At times, things can feel a bit disorganised, and I would appreciate a bit more structure to maximise the learning experience. However, I can see the effort and dedication behind their work, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team.

As a therapy intern, the best part of the organization is their dedicated and well-structured skill training sessions, global clientele and working opportunities and exposure to navigating a digital interface.

Mantra care is multi-faceted and it provides a good opportunity to therapy interns with real life skills required for this profession. There's therapy sessions with real clients, hotline crisis calls, content creation, sales, marketing, tasks for credit points. It helps in keeping worklife balance with its flexible schedule.

Feels unorganised, poor quality of education and tutors.

As a final year student, it can be overwhelming trying to find your footing as a practicing therapist. This opportunity to work for MantraCare as an intern has offered me a foundation to start with. Our supervisors work selflessly to ensure we get the necessary training as well as preparing us for the job market. I'm truly honored to be affiliated with a platforms that seek to offer accessible help to everyone across the world as that is every service provider's dream. As a trainee it is very flexible and i like the fact we are covering a lot different topics/approaches practically

frauda !!scammers.. though they say and they do have many workers as recruiters propably get paid 2 dollars per hour but they also rip you off.. lie like imature people without any concious
i have terible experience dealing with themm since all based on ignarance and lies , no education level
they stole my money, they claim they pay but never send any reference .. i beleive the people who worked there stole the money to their bank
besides it is unporofesioanl exhausting dealing with very samll low minded people who are based on manipulation and animal survival

As an ex employee of MantraCare, I would suggest to not put your trust and money in this company. The environment is toxic and the sales/ Business Development team sells that do not eve exist. The company is run by a stringent man, a shitty HR and a good for nothing accountant, who thinks that stopping / delaying payments is fine.
They would go till the heights of harassing you, ask you to send pictures of funerals and health reports when on leaves. No official structure exists.

Its overall a SHAM
