Excellent products! I have bought from them several times because they have the best earplugs on the market. I am a musician and these earplugs offer a very pleasant listening experience, they do not create the hollow effect andthey attenuate a part of the frequencies leaving a clear and defined sound to the listener. Once due to a shipping error an item was missing inside the package, I contacted them and the service they offered me was impeccable.

Bought the plugs a while back. Originally loved them.
Went for new sleeves received a horrible item. Imagine getting something that good quality at first and then something that has a very poor quality and finish. Honestly very disappointed.
Asked for a return and was not given a label...do not buy this. Quality has gone down the drain.

Customer service is absolutely astounding. In my case, my order somehow got lost, and for the inconvenience, they even send me two pairs of the earplugs. That was a whooping 45€ i got for free so to speak. So they really do care about there customers. The earplugs are just amazing, they are so comfortable. If you think about purchasing some from somewhere else for 20€, think again, because once you plug these babys in here, you will never regret having put on just a little more than another 20€ bill. Ears don't feel pluged up, the sound is absolutely clear, just less noisy, and they are so comforatble that you can wear them virtually for an unlimited amount of time. Im sorry that i have to say this, but someone must be stupid not to buy these. That is not a joke. I would even buy these if i would be close to broke if i would think about purchasing earplugs anyways. You just can't regret it, they are so good! Try it out for yourself. And on top of all of this, you don't even have to worry about having choosen the wrong earplug size, because if they don't fit, you can just contact the customer service via email or phone, and they replace them immediately for free for the right size you need for your ear canals. Just had my first night of sleep with Earasers in, feels like I had the best sleep ever!

Their special earplugs are terrific since they let you hear loud music without damaging your hearing. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommended!
