Fast delivery of correct product (hearing aid batteries). No boxes, which was unexpected, but boxes not necessary.

Their customer services are excellent.They respond with lightning speed.

Mum is 85 and was in need of ear hooks for her hearing aids. I tried all my local hearing clinics and beyond to try and purchase the ear hooks. No one was willing to sell or even try to source these parts for me. A search on the web revealed that I could purchase these from the United States online and they were genuine replacements and not clones. It appears that in Australia it's a closed shop for purchasing parts with these hearing clinics only interested in profits and not providing any customer service whatsoever. All they were interested in was trying to sign her up for hundreds of dollars a year in a maintenance contract. In my travels I came across Anne-Marie from eardeals.com.au. She was so genuinely sympathetic to my situation. She promised that she would chase this up on my behalf. She kept me informed of what she was doing and she managed to obtain 2 ear hooks for me from the supplier who I had originally contacted. It is so heart warming to see someone go above and truly beyond to help another person in need. It is so gratifying to see and meet such compassionate and truly dedicated people like Anne-Marie. Well done Anne-Marie and hope that some of your compassion and enthusiasm is reciprocated. Would definitely recommend, trust and deal with Anne-Marie again.

Ok, bring a first time user of Hearing Aids I’ve endeavoured to get the most accurate information I can. The Audiologist that I was referred to has been fantastic but they were limited in their ability to negotiate with pricing. To this end, my research identified an alternate supplier but I needed to start the process again with another hearing test. By this time I’d identified the brand and model that I wanted and had also found EarDeals on line. I called the number and spoke with the wonderful Ann Marie who was able to answer all my questions, filling my knowledge gaps and making it easy to select an aligned and accredited Audiologist that is able to use my recent audio report. This means that I am able to have the new aids fitting within the week. I’m so pleased that I called EarDeals so ….thank you (particularly Ann Marie)

Ann-Marie was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She was able to empathise with me having had a similar experience with companies trying to push far more expensive hearing aids and not explaining the basic models at all. Her direction to another company was most appreciated as I live in a regional town and access to Sydney was difficult, especially during the present COVID lockdown.
