A kind and compassionate service from Anna with good communication prior to and after the visit. She dealt with my mother's significant ear wax build up quickly and efficiently. High recommended.

They were very attentive and kind to to my poor old Dad and cleaned a lot of wax out so that he can hear a bit better.

Anna knew what she was doing. She safely removed the ear wax on both my ears. There was no issues. She was fast and competent. I will ask her to come back.

Anna did a wonderful job for my elderly grandparents (98!) - both needed wax removal but due to their low mobility it was important to get someone who could come to them in their care home. Anna was great, really personable and patient explaining the procedure and was also very thorough in checking how they were feeling after the removal. She took the time to follow up with the nursing staff at the care home as well which was much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her for any ear care needs, she is clearly very professional, experienced, and caring. Thank you!

My father was an hospital inpatient & Anna came to the hospital to do ear wax micro suction removal on my father’s ears.
Anna was brilliant, kind & attentive from start to finish. She was very thorough & removed the wax on both ears although only one was blocked, she explained the whole procedure and what would happen.
My father was so happy with the result as he could finally hear again.
I would definitely recommend Anna & will use her services again!

No joy with GP / NHS services to arrange a home visit for our 88 year old bed bound mother, who appeared to be going deaf. The TV was on so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. She thought she had blocked ears / wax. So we called Anna. Very friendly, reassuring, professional. Anna showed us the blockages via a camera scope that attached to her iPhone, then carefully removed them with specialist equipment. No pain / discomfort. Our mother can hear again! Wonderful service.
