After repaying my advance my account…

After repaying my advance my account was put into review and that's been since June 17 and it's still in review needs to know why it's doing that

I have been using Earnifi for several…

I have been using Earnifi for several months successfully and have been very happy previously to this last week when I applied for a cash advance when was put into review and is still in Limbo several days later. An email mentioned "a technical issue" several days ago but nothing has changed. I have never paid late or not paid so I dont know what is going on. I would hate to cancel my subscription, but I am not paying while nothing is being done about my application status one way or the other.

Everything was going great until there…

Everything was going great until there was a “temporary technical issue.” Now I can’t get ahold of anyone. The email said it would resolve itself in a few hours and to check my account again. Well it’s been 3 days. And they just took $15.99 for the subscription!!! I want my money back and my account closed!

Terrible company they sent a message…

Terrible company they sent a message saying that my advance was sent to my bank account. I’ve been checking my bank account for the last four days. Nothing is in my bank account, but they have my direct deposit information which I’m about to change because they are not about to get $55 of my hard earned money when I haven’t received anything from them. This is turning out to be a scam be aware.

Complete FRAUD

Complete FRAUD.
Company does not answer phone.
Charged a $15.99 membership fee for immediate transfer never received a dime. They do not answer the phone. The emails that I have sent have not helped and I have no DEPOSIT! Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT use this company. One star in generous. Terrible communication
Terrible customer service DO NOT use this company.

Update: Despite three emails asking to cancel the entire account they finally sent the $10.01 and it was not in minutes at all which is the point of the 15.99 membership fee. Never again.

Well I said if the company makes right I would change my review, they did refund me the 15.99 service charge so I guess me using Trust Pilot did the job. 5 ***** for trust pilot!! Well they did credit me and they understand my issue with trying to cancel right away and no one was helping me.

They changed my direct deposit I’ve…

They changed my direct deposit I’ve emailed and called and I’ve gotten nothing back. I understand 1-3 business days but I still haven’t gotten my paycheck from them and I can’t log into the app to check because it’s caused my phone to go off and they have no other way to log in except thru your phone number. They had my whole paycheck go to them and I still have yet to receive it

After paying back an advance that…

After paying back an advance that included a $16 monthly fee I was annoyed that they suddenly needed 48 hours to review my application. It’s also feeling impossible to get in touch with customer support so not the best experience.

This is a total scam DO NOT DIRECT DEPOSIT ANYTHING TO THEM! There is no customer support I have emailed them 5 times and called at least that many and have yet to speak to anyone the only thing I got was an email asking me to not email more than once they have $500 of my money and I can't get it back. Again stay away don't say I didn't warn you!

These people's are a scammer!!

These people's are a scam I was approved for $20.00 but they gave me $4.01 and trying to make me pay back $20.00 what they never gave to my me.

Regarding your recent transfer, a portion of your advance may have been applied toward any subscription fees on your account. If a debit card charge was attempted but the funds were unavailable, the system may instead deduct the applicable amount from your advance, with the remaining balance transferred to your linked account.

Support Seems Non Existent

I have been trying to reach support for days via phone and email! $35 is direct deposited from my paycheck and I expect - when I log in - to be able to log in and not receive “unable to verify” errors.
