I purchased two pillows from EarthKind…
I purchased two pillows from EarthKind and was shocked at how poor the quality was. They were nothing like described — extremely flat, flimsy, and offered no support at all. I contacted the company twice, one on the same day I received them (4 November) and one day after and have still not received a single reply.
For a brand that promotes itself as “ethical” and “sustainable,” their complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I’ve had to raise a credit card dispute just to try to recover my money.
Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others NOT to buy
from this company , not reliable, they will not refund or reply back to you .

Great service & comfy duvet
I have bought an earthkind duvet from John Lewis previously, but noticed that they are much cheaper direct from earthkind. I placed my order on Sunday and the duvet and pillows were with me by Tuesday. Nice comfy pillows and duvet, and of course recycled product.

Missing items upon delivery and a long wait to resolve
Ordered two pillows and a duvet on the 15th September. Due to delays with Yodel I didn't get my delivery until the 25th. When I collected there was only one pillow in the bag, no duvet and no second pillow. Contacted the company immediately, didn't hear anything for 5 days, and now I'm waiting on another reply another week later... It's nearly been a month since I originally ordered and Im still without the items I ordered!
I hate writing reviews like this, I'm just so frustrated that Ive spent so much money and all I have to show for it is a pillow! It's a shame because everything the company stands for is brilliant.

I still haven’t received my parcel
I still haven’t received my parcel. Yodel is impossible to get hold of and there’s no contact number for Earthkind. Terrible.

Loveliness and sustainability
I was looking for sustainable options, and found that Earthkind had great ethics and I loved the reuse of existing materials and enjoyed the video of how they are made. Delivery was quick, no smell, just loveliness and I can't wait to put it to bed! Love that these are saved from landfill...was sad it was in a plastic bag, but it got to me in one piece and I quickly found a use for the pesky plastic......great work guys 😀

Stinky pillows
I purchased 2 feather pillows and they absolutely stink. They smelt when they arrived and I hoped the smell would dissipate over time, but it hasn’t. I’ve tried washing them, essential oils, sunshine, fabric fresheners but they still smell heinous, and a really strong smell too. It’s now roughly 6 months on and I’m going to have to bin them unfortunately.
