Product not received, very bad customer experience
I placed an order but received no order confirmation or invoice! Emails went unanswered for days. When they finally replied, they claimed the item had shipped, without any tracking! After 12 days, nothing arrived. They promised a refund, which I’m still waiting for. This is what the owners wrote: “We are an extremely new business(5 months in) and clearly we are having teething problems.” and “…we have no time for people talking shite…”. Order at your own risk – good luck.
