Excellent service from Zoya - pain free removal of alot of ear wax and afterwards very helpful in answering questions about my hearing aids

I came in with extremely blocked ears and I was concerned they would take more softening prior to removal. However, they match for Zoya who sorted it fast and pain free. I can hear so well!

Amazing. They are such kind people, I am very anxious and they were really helpful. My ears feel so much better. They have done a fabulous job of getting rid of the ear wax.

Two visits in five days and left delighted on both. First ear wax removal and Zoya was knowledgeable, calm and friendly. She then offered free hearing tests and full detailed explanation all for free.

She then offered a full hearing test which I returned for. Again I never felt rushed out, I got full understanding depth explanation and on leaving, expecting a cost, I was surprised to find there wasn’t. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience today wax cleared from right ear, left ear was clear of wax but problem with ear drum due to recent cold was given a letter to give to my doctor advising him of the problem and was told that it would clear up on its own in a couple of weeks doctor prescribed a decongestant. All together great experience.

Excellent service from booking the appointment to having the procedure carried out. I was made to feel very relaxed and super that you can watch what’s going on during the procedure.

I brought my mother in law to have her ears cleared of wax and took the opportunity to have mine done as well. Completely satisfactory experience, walked straight in at appointment time, everything was fully explained and very efficient.

I have been using this service for many years now and can honestly say I truly wouldn’t know what I would do without it.
I have suffered with my ears since 2010 and have had many painful experiences in the past.This has made me very nervous about having them treated.
I suffer tinnitus and have very narrow ear canals and have had many ear infections and blocked ears over the years.
Mr Karim has been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has given me lots of advice on products to help keep my ears infection free. He has also been the only person who has been able to successfully clear them with microsuction. I would thoroughly recommend this service for anyone of any age.

I would also like to say the receptionists are also lovely and always very helpful.

I am a returning customer to the Kings Heath branch and was amazed at how much the technology has improved since my last visit. Zoya saw me today and was lovely throughout, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing.

It was really helpful being able to see what she was seeing on the screen, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen the inside of my ear canal.
