From start to finish the Easigrass service was very efficient and the results are very pleasing. After a quick series of measurements were made, I got a quote straight away and only had a week to wait before the grass was installed. The two men who came to remove our old grass and prepare the ground were very efficient and the whole job was done in 2 1/2 hours. I wish more companies were as efficient as this. Well done.

We recently needed to lift our Easigrass lawn to complete some underground drainage work, and the Easigrass team returned afterwards to relay it. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.
The team were punctual, professional, and took great care to ensure everything was reinstated perfectly. The attention to detail was outstanding - the lawn looks exactly as it did before, You would never know it had been lifted at all.
We have always been delighted with the quality of our Easigrass lawn, but this experience has shown how excellent their aftercare service is as well. From start to finish the whole experience has been a pleasure. Dave visited on Saturday for the survey, very professional and explained the process of installation and samples of grass. A price was agreed and date arranged. The following Friday Soreen and his team arrived on time , discussed exactly what was required. They worked very hard and the outcome is amazing. I cannot praise Dave, his team and Laura in the office highly enough for the terrific service I received from them. Dave came and gave me the quote on Friday and by Wednesday afternoon, my garden had been transformed! Dave answered all my questions, and the team who came and laid the grass couldn’t have been more helpful. They did a terrific job. They also cleared and stoned an area on the outside of my fence. Everything was done to perfection and they left everywhere in pristine condition. Thank you to you all; you made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Would recommend this company, 100%.

Easigrass were excellent from the initial quote, site visit and right through to the installation in my South London property. They completed everything as promised, on the agreed dates and timeframes. Communication was great through the dedicated Whatsapp chat with Mason, with all questions answered promptly. We've used Easigrass twice now and they have always exceeded expectations. From the site visit for the quote right through to the install we cannot fault them. The products and service they offer are of the highest quality. The install team worked tirelessly in tough conditions and were a pleasure to have at our property.

All this was followed up with excellent customer care to ensure we were happy. We are. And we have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend them.

Things went well in beginning but when they took the final payment from my card stored, which I wasn't told they will be storing my card details which is against the GDPR. I spoke to Racquel on multiple times to get this right and refund the amount on my card so I can pay from my business account. Multiple emails and calls and I had to give up. They wouldn't refund until I pay again and I was forced to gather more funds to pay and still waiting to receive my refund. This 1 star is specifically for Racquel who wouldn't even listen to solve this issue and I felt trapped with no other option. It was very unpleasant situation. She did not trust at all even though they made mistake and we had all written communication that as soon as it gets refunded, will pay bacs. I hope this message gets to Racquel.

Customer service is terrible - asked for a quote back in April, provided photos, what we wanted and gave information on access. Ever since have been ghosted by Mason despite sending chase up emails. No out of office, nothing. Not a great look

The team were very friendly and talked us through every step with excellent knowledge and practical ability. The finished product is exactly as we envisioned it and will allow our children to enjoy the summer in the back garden.

I'm really pleased with my artificial lawn by easigrass. The presentation by Nick was very professional and explained everything in detail. It has transformed my garden and looks lovely. The team worked really hard despite it being a very hot day. They made sure everything was clean and tidy before they finished. I would highly recommend this company.
