This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had in the UK. The host is unbelievably greedy and unhelpful. They charge by the hour for early check-in, and on top of that they don’t even allow luggage drop-off before 4 PM. What kind of place forbids guests from dropping bags when the room is already booked for that day?
Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM — absolutely unreasonable. In the UK, 4 PM is already getting dark, so what’s the point of paying for a whole day if you can’t even relax or freshen up during the daytime?
Customer service was rude, blunt, and zero understanding. Every question you ask, they just try to squeeze more money out of you. Everything has a cost, even the most basic requests. It honestly felt like they were trying to maximise profit from every minute instead of providing a decent experience.
I would never book with them again and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Plenty of better options with much better service and more reasonable policies.

To provide some context for other guests reading this: our check-in time of 4 PM and checkout of 10 AM are clearly communicated at the time of booking, and are standard across much of the serviced accommodation industry. Early check-in is offered as a paid option subject to availability, as properties require time to be cleaned and prepared to the standard our guests expect.
Luggage drop-off prior to check-in is unfortunately not something we're able to offer at all properties, again due to cleaning schedules and guest changeovers — this is not a policy we apply arbitrarily.
We take feedback about our team's communication seriously and will always look into specific concerns raised directly with us. We're sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations on this occasion, and we wish you well.
Clean, tidy, helpful with any issues. Bed was comfy and all round great stay, would definitely recommend
