Very quick delivery, great experience. Ordered a few last minute items, and they were delivered the next day by AnPost.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, it arrived on Monday with A Post, it's like the Christmas Elves packed it.

Ordered two items on the 12th, tracking number didn't work, contacted them on the 17th and they said they would investigate with an post, it was taking too long so I contacted an post myself who never received the item even though easons provided me a tracking number that didn't work. Was left all weekend whole they "investigated" I contacted them again today the 21st and have been told the item is sold out. Customer service left me waiting and now my item is sold out. Would definitely not recommend buying off the online store at all. They had no idea where my order was or what happened.

I ordered a book off Easons that said it was temporarily of stock (pre-order) but the next day it arrived at my house. I was so shocked and amazed by the quality of their service. Will definitely order again.

Top notch service from start to finish... Easy, hassle free, the items ordered were delivered on time and it's free of charge on orders over €10.

Always great service when I order from easons! Most recently I ordered two books (which were both cheaper than other stores) Monday evening and they arrived the following day I couldn't believe it, delivery was so fast! And of course, both books were in perfect condition! I would highly recommend ordering from this company!

In the middle of July I purchased 5 books online, I was going into hospital for an operation that would leave me bed bound for a few weeks, so I thought I was very organised and would have plenty of new books to peruse during my recovery, unfortunately it turned into a major debacle, that still isn’t resolved over a month later to my satisfaction 😪!
Initially I received 2 books, one didn’t seem new, it was pre read, so I called the customer service desk, they apologised, told me it would be replaced and asked me to return the other one, which I did, the next day the other 3 arrived, they were in a worst state, one was filthy dirty, the spines were broken on all of them, it was very disappointing, these were again replaced but the quality wasn’t any better, in fact two of them were worse, eventually a senior customer service manager called me, told me they were taking everything back and reordering the 5 books from the publishers, at every stage I took photos of what I had received and had forwarded them to Eason’s so they saw the condition of the dirty, used books I was sold.
Eventually, I received 2 brand new books from the publishers, one still looked pre read but wasn’t dirty at least, a few days later I received what was supposed to be the 3 outstanding NEW books, but guess what? They weren’t new, and in fact two of them were exactly what I had received the previous day allegedly direct from the Publisher…
So here we are weeks later, over all I received 15 books, out of that 15 I can honestly say hand on heart that only one was unread and in good condition, Eason’s did refund me for two books as they eventually admitted they were old stock out of print…
But I don’t care about refunds, or cash back, I just wanted my books clean, unread and new..
The sad thing is I received people’s cast off’s in a time of a Global Pandemic, I am so disgusted by the incompetence, frustrated that I’m incapacitated for weeks on end without anything to read as I won’t touch the books I have now! Gross
Badly done Eason’s, I remember a time when anything like this would be frowned on, when the customer was King!

Fast delivery service.The book i purchased was almost same price as Amazon, Easons were only 80c more expensive, but they have way better customer service, and they support IRISH JOBS.

I've ordered a number of times late in the evening, and the parcel is out for delivery by the following day - super efficient service, good choice of books at reasonable prices - not as cheap as other providers but you get better service and you know you're supporting locals jobs!

I've been very happy with all the books ordered from Easons online. It would be 5 stars if they allowed returns to their Wexford store. Hopefully soon!

I bought a bunch of calenders in Easons Cork today and the two girls at the pay sation upstairs were just wonderful and kind, friendly and helpful. Well done all.

My experience with easons was fabulous. I ordered 5 books. A package came with 3 books so I thought something had happened. I reached out and they got back to me right away and let me know that the order was split and the second package was on the way. It was my own fault for not paying attention because the info was already there for me but they were nice and explained it to me and sent me the tracking info again. No stress or fuss. Everything came within a few days of ordering and in perfect condition.

I recently posted a complaint re Easons and issues with trying to cancel an order. I received a very nice and prompt response from Easons outlining alternative options for resolving the problem. I am prepared to accept Easons explanation that their contact system is adversely affected by the current pandemic, and, as such, I have removed my complaint. Credit where due|

Linda made me order the 50 shades of grey books for her. Books were smut. But the website was great.

Ordered a book which they told me was in stock as a present for someone's birthday, took my money, then told me 7 days later that they didn't have the book in stock and cancelled the order. Not good enough.

Had issues, but my fault. Resolved it really quickly

Very nice to be able to shop local, and have stuff delivered in lock down, and periodic discounts made prices quite competitive with the online competition.

But the customer service is simply appalling. Even allowing for lockdown, I have raised an issue on the website, tweeted, messaged, emailed, but not a single response in 5 weeks.

It was fine when everything went ok, but everyone went to ground once I wanted a bit of help (with a separated spine, so pages falling out). Shame.
