We have wanted to invest in property for a long time but have been very cautious as the news is always carrying stories about the difficulties of being a landlord. We had not realised that a fully-managed option was how most investors chose to invest. This was all explained to us in great detail and we felt confident to exchange on our property.

Owen provided a great service and lots of very useful information that I would never have considered important without his guidance. His knowledge of his developments and their locations is encyclopedic and displayed the thoroughness of his company's due diligence. I was very reassured by his expertise.

Working with Chris Way & Amy has helped us buy a property that we would never have imagined was possible. Their professionalism, help and support has been second to none and we now consider Chris and Amy to be more friends than anything else. Outstanding service from Alexander and everyone with Eastgate. Having selected suitable property, Alexander dealt with vendor and watched the exchange process. He sent regular emails and we had many video talks so that he could explain things. He is very kind. My first investment in the uk was made very easy for me.

This was our first ever investment property & after speaking with quite a few developers, we decided to proceed with Eastgate on the Residency Development. We never felt pressured and both Alexio & Amy have been amazing.
We had a rocky start due to some issues with another developer but Alexio has been amazing and provided all the necessary information , regular updates on the development and reassured us on the way. The development is ahead of schedule, so all looking good so far.
