I have been running a property maintenance company for over thirty years and this is the worst service I have ever received. Absolutely no communication by email or phone. I am sure whether they actually have a phone as they never answer it. To all tradespeople out there, warning, do not use.
The problems continue
After having previous problems with communication (only resolved after previously posting a negative review here), I did finally receive my order of 6 bulbs. Unfortunately two of them didn't work. I contacted the company seeking either replacements or reimbursement but have had no response whatsoever. I won't be using this company again - ever!

The order confirmation for dispatch…Poor communication
The order confirmation for dispatch never came so had to call them, order had not been sent due to high demand for goods. Not ideal as missed a deadline to complete a job for a customer. Communication needs to be much better.
On a positive they did dispatch immediately and refunded the postage.

Follow-up after a long wait.
I would not use this supplier again. I ordered 6 bulbs in December and when they arrived two were broken. I emailed with photographic evidence, to request two replacements. So far, i.e. two months on, I still have had no response.
Edit: I have added two more stars because a company rep. contacted me to explain that the delay was due to waiting for more stock of the lightbulbs I’d ordered and to apologise for not updating me about this sooner. Also, I was offered replacement bulbs of the same type and function, though a different brand. These arrived, intact, this morning. Thank you, despite the long wait, I appreciate the follow -up.

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with, i placed an order on a 4-5 day lead time and 7 weeks later still waiting. They don't reply to e-mails and have now been promised dispatch within a week.. i'm just glad the nights are getting longer and it's not as dark now.

Is this business legit?
Ordered 3 weeks ago - no delivery, no reply to emails, and they don't pick up phone calls. I'm left suspecting this business is a scam.

I ordered a 15w T8 Sylvania Warmwhite 450mm Fluorescent Tube as set out on the order.
They sent me a 18w T8 600mm 2 foot Colour: 29 as set out on the delivery note.
If they have a computerised system how can the delivery note possibly have a different item to the order note?
So know I'm out of pocket with a bulb that I cannot use anywhere.

Goods delivered in a reasonable time. Packed well no breakages this time. Reasonable price.
Took a while to dispatch
It took a week to dispatch. Arrived quickly once I contacted them to ask where my order was. It's as described and working fine.
Order not dispatched and no communication
I placed an order on 2nd February and have heard nothing since. I have sent two emails - first asking about the status of my order and second asking for a refund. Have had no response. I also filled out the contact form on the website but have had no response to that either. Have resorted to leaving this review as a method to get a response as see that has worked for some other people.

I would like my money back
Do not do business with this organization. I placed an order at the end of 2024 (November 19th). Since I live outside of England, I didn't find it strange that the delivery would take longer, but in December I decided to contact them. Emailed, no response. Called, connection broken. Called again and through a different menu option, I reached someone else. They concluded that there was something strange with my order. I was supposed to be called back that day. Heard nothing. Then I tried to contact them again. Contact form, nothing. Email, nothing. Now I'm trying to reach them by phone and the message is: sorry, but your call could not be completed.... That the lamp is not being sent, okay. But I would like my money back!
