Great product, came quickly and staff at billingshurst store were very helpful

Nicole at the Billingshurst Store was fantastic. She helped us think through ideas and design which resulted in a fabulous news bathroom within the budget we wanted to spend. Delivery of all the products was outstanding. Thank you Nicole!

Came in to the Billingshurst store look around and get an idea of costs and products available.

We were completely ignored despite being in there for over 30 mins with no other customers.

Funniest part is we have the money to do a full bathroom and tiling upgrade to our home. Being ignored however has entirely turned us off using them. Not good customer service by any means and lost a prospective customer.

Great prices, great service

Easy to use website & we were notified when it was ready for collection. The salesperson helped us load it in the car, as it was a very large box!

Great team always really professional and knowledgeable - really nice people as well!

The staff are amazingly friendly ,know what they are talking about but never rush you to make a decision. Also when the bit's we ordered where delivered , all the way from Yorkshire, the guy's doing the delivery where also amazing and very helpful in helping get the delivery indoors for us. Smashing company, we would not hesitate in recommending them to people. Thank's very much indeed.

We bought tiles for our bathroom here.
Two things that I didn't like....
1. They don't take returns - so if you over order (to cover possible breakages and cutting) you are lumbered with excess. This adds about 10% to the effective price.
2. I think the delivery charge of £75 for a small delivery of tiles is excessive.
The good news is that, because it was a rather small delivery using a small van, the driver was able to deliver to our front door - and not kerbside as advertised.

The staff in the showroom were very helpful and there are some really good products. However, the brochure misrepresents items, the tiles I ordered were advertised as porcelain and my invoice said porcelain but when they arrived they were definitely ceramic (clearly marked on the box) and about 50% of them were chipped. The customer services department I was told to call didn’t seem to care about the misrepresentation and were blasé about the complaint and it took a long time to get replacements. This set back the whole job by more than a week. When the toilet was finally installed the hinges for attaching the seat were missing from the box I rang immediately and was told that new ones would arrive the following Tuesday so when I went to pick them up I was told that they had not been ordered and would not arrive for another week. I am still waiting, so a job that should have taken a week is still unfinished 3 weeks later!

The staff in the showroom were very helpful throughout and were patient during the selection process, however once our order was placed, that's where things went wrong.
We ordered in plenty of time to ensure everything was in stock, yet when the goods arrived, there was missing items. Sadly we weren't actually advised, it was only when our bathroom fitter told us that there were items missing did we then discover the items weren't actually in stock! These items were clearly listed on the invoice generated after the delivery. This cost us time and money.
I accept these things happen, however its the aftercare on deliveries that was challenging. Easy bathrooms do not offer a next day delivery service, so you have to wait 3-4 days, minimum!
We are happy with the quality of goods, and the staff in the showroom. The deliveries and communication is shocking.

Ordered my en-suite tiles & main bathroom tiles, outstanding service from start to finish.

Great experience with Easy Bathrooms. We went to the Billingshurst showroom, Ian helped us design a bathroom within our budget and sent through visual designs. The ordering process was easy and stress free. All items arrived on time and very happy with the products.

Large delivery charge for tiles for small bathroom. Couldn’t understand why they could not be delivered to branch and we could collect. Will not be recommending to others as even though we paid the £65 the driver dumped on pavement…we are OAP,s and awaiting a knee replacement
