Super helpful staff. Great understanding of catalogue and what was on display in th Canterbury store. Got a exactly what we were looking for at an excellent price for collection within n a couple of days. Excellent service all round.

Visited Canterbury branch. Very pleasant and helpful guys (Ryan & Callum). Placed order, and arranged delivery. On time and no problems. Had to order another box of Tiles, Callum dealt with it quickly and arranged delivery for couple of days later. Would highly recommend this company and especially Canterbury branch.

Very helpful staff .

I went to Easy Bathrooms in Canterbury to look at all the variations of designs etc for my new bathroom. I was so happy with the service I received courtesy of Phil who was extremely helpful and had full and expert knowledge of all the goods and products on sale. There was no "high pressure" sales chat which I cannot abide and would have made me walk away. Instead there was supreme knowledge as I have said and patience whilst I dithered over what would work best for me. I cannot express just how much the service I received from Phil at Canterbury branch is over and above todays usual approach by many "sales people" who have no knowledge of their products, don't really care about their customers and are too busy chatting or on their mobiles to do a good job. Thank you Phil. I now have an amazing bathroom.

The member of staff I dealt with at the Canterbury Branch (Callum) couldn’t have been more helpful, his advice and guidance was invaluable in helping me to design our new en-suite and bathroom and it was a joy to do business with him . A charming polite young man.

From the moment we sought assistance we felt listened to as well as advised. Ryan made us really welcome and nothing was to much trouble [including up and down stairs.lots] we changed our minds several times and I guess messed him around a fair bit. He never once gave us a face or showed any annoyance. What a pleasure our visit was. Phil helped out with some loose ends as well and they both showed there humour which made a refreshing change. Bought our new bathroom including furniture, taps and tiles from the Canterbury store. Phil & the team helped us with decision making & answered many questions throughout! So pleased with the finished result- everyone is asking us where the bathroom is from, would definitely recommend & use again.

A big thanks to Phil Webb and his team at Easy Bathrooms in Canterbury. They have made the process of selecting units and tiles for our new bathroom and downstairs toilet an absolute pleasure. Over the course of several months my wife and I made many changes to the specification but nothing was ever too much trouble for Phil and the boys.

Found the team at Easy Bathrooms really helpful, from the initial discussion of ideas through to ordering and post order support. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

My husband and I attended the Easy Bathroom,Canterbury, we were greeted by a gentleman who was very kind and polite.

We later found out that his name was Phil. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely helpful. He was not a pushy sales person and he even helped us to design our bathroom in 3D.

I would recommend this store to anyone, the staff are friendly and it is so cost effective too.

Kept putting back the delivery date. Eventually delivered around 3 weeks later than agreed. One cabinet damaged in transit.
