Bought two boxes of tiles but only used one; asked to return unopened box; not allowed because the small print says "no refunds accepted on tiles" - unreasonable?

To send out one man to deliver a 67kg shower tray on his own shows a company with scant regard for their staff or customers welfare.
The products may be good but this kind of attitude to people needs to change.

The guy serving us when we placed our order showed a lack of interest and we were never told that you could not return tiles. I went to return a full, unopened box of tiles to be told that it is in terms and conditions that these cannot be returned. This was never communicated to us at any point in our purchase or upon collection of our order. Very disappointing

From start to finish James at the Huntingdon store was brilliant. He took the time to walk us through every detail of the design, offered great advice and never rushed the process. His patience and professionalism make the whole experience genuinely worhwhile. High recommend!

Advise not to use, delivery's late, or don't turn up at all. No communication on what's happening. They don't always answer the phone. Delivery drivers dump expensive products outside as won't take into property. All they want is the paperwork signed at any cost to get it invoiced. No care taken on these expenses products. If they damage products they don't take responsibility. It's obvious no training is given on delivery's. They rush chuck delivery's where they want to get away asap.

Absolutely shocking, would advise stay away. Easy bathrooms should be called in my opinion difficult bathrooms. Nothing easy about them at all.

Whilst the people in the store were very helpful, the same cannot be said for EasyBathroom's customer services. I have tried to return a wet wall panel that I didn't use. Easy Bathrooms refused to take it back because there is slight damage to the packaging - not the actual item - the packaging. I explained that it was like this when it arrived, but was told I should have reported it at the time of delivery. So even though there is no damage to the actual product, they refuse to take it back for this reason. In their words the packaging has to be in "A1 condition" in order for them to accept a return. About half of the delivery had damaged packaging, and it did not occur to me report that, because I checked and the actual goods were fine. I have never had this problem with any other company and I won't be using EasyBathrooms again (family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom to do next year, so they have lost on out several thousand pounds worth of business).

Great service, making sure via phone and email that our issues were addressed.
