We bought some 800x800 floor tile. We were asked to check the tiles for any damages when they were delivered and we did just that. We had to rip the packaging to check the tiles. After that, we decided to exchange them as they were not suitable. We were told we couldn’t do that because the tiles should be in the packaging. We’ll never buy anything from them again.

I made an enquiry on the phone regarding some ideas and Dips at Staples corner was very helpful advsed me that i could have samples and discussed the range with me patiently and he was very polite and knowlegable of the products. very very good customer service and when i went into the shop to pick the samples up the team were very helpful as well. Very good customer service.

At Easy Bathrooms, with wide choice; Dipesh and Anil were helpful to explain to choose the right wall and floor tiles and arranging timely delivery. Issue of shortage of tiles was resolved by Dipesh skillfully and economically. He went out of his way to make a timely delivery. Many thanks.

Had a horrible experience : Ordered ~£3000 worth of items amongst which had couple of issues : 1.Incorrect set of floor tiles 2. New vanity unit with damages in corners; After finding out that any further action would delay my bathroom remodelling project and afraid of having to pay extra to builders, i progressed with alternates to my floor tiles & had my builder fix damages to vanity unit so that i can finish my project. It has been close to 2 months now but i am yet to get the Incorrectly delivered tiles collected / refunded the money due for those. So far i have had 4 different dates given for collection of these tiles but no one turns up to pick them; Every time i have to ensure someone is present at home during core work hours of the days, which is an overhead for my family. There is some serious issue this company has with logistics / returns etc., Has been a regrettable experience for me as i could have got these items elsewhere which could have saved me time and money. Even after specifying a date, the incorrect tiles were still not collected. This is simply appalling.

Oscar and the team at staples corner have been fantastic and i would 100 per cent recommend them to anyone.

We ended up buying three bathrooms for them because not only was the service good but the quality of the products we bought were top tier.

Everything from the ordering of the bathrooms to the delivery and even the return of s couple of items (when i got the measurements wrong :D) was smooth and easy.

Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about all the products with instant confirmation of stock availability. A first class service provided with CAD wet room layout produced efficiently and with lots of interior design thought through to the immediate production of Order.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with, once they have taken your money and recommend an installer the after care is crap, this company does not care for there customers. Just be very careful with easy bathrooms.

Quality merchandise, staff excellent

The rationale for this assessment is that, although the product quality is commendable, the customer service experience is notably deficient. I placed an order through the online platform and received minimal information throughout the transaction process. During my interaction with the manager regarding the online sales process, I was not made aware of the monthly payment amount. Upon reviewing my direct debit today, I observed that the payment was significantly higher than anticipated.

I subsequently contacted the store to resolve this issue; however, the manager was uncooperative in addressing my concerns. I contend that it is essential for both the customer to inquire about the monthly payment details and for the manager to communicate this information clearly and verbally. As a first-time purchaser with this company, I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
