Had to move training date and resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Great business to deal with!

We have been using Easybook for some years now, nothing is too much trouble and have a great selection of course dates and locations!

I've been using Easybooks for over 6 months now for all our training and they are so helpful and friendly and also respond quick, Thank you all Easybooks staff!

Easybook are what they say. Friendly and professional staff. I would recommend. Always communicate on time.

I have used Easybook on a number of occasions for staff training and Luke has been so helpful and his knowledge is great. Nothing is ever too much trouble and courses are booked in great time. They make course booking so simple and I cannot recommend them enough.

Paid for an iPaf course. Arrived ten minutes late due to heavy roadworks and called to let them know this would be the case and when I arrived they wouldn’t let me on the course. So I’d paid £300 for nothing. Absolute con. Currently disputing it with my bank

The website is user friendly and super easy to find something you are looking for. We have never had an issue with this company, and have over time grew a relationship with all staff.

Everything is just so smooth and easy (of course it is, it's in the title!)
The staff are great, nothing is ever too much trouble and being able to view the invoices online and resend the joining instructions is a great tool as well.

Easybook always does exactly what it says - its Easy to book! All the staff are great and go above and beyond to assist with booking and finding courses that are sometimes 'hard to find'. It's great working with such a professional company - long may it continue.

Can't fault the service from Easybook Training, have dealt with Caroline Trigg on several occasions and her help has been second to none. I have also dealt with Luke McCamley who has been great.
Highly recommend the company for all your site training needs.

I've worked with Easybook now for over 2 years, the staff are so friendly, so efficent and nothing is ever too much trouble. When a job is getting done - it's sent over in a matter of minutes to ensure the best customer service is followed!

If I was writing this review before I spoke to Aimee, this would be one star. However, after explaining the situation to her she went away and came back with a swift resolution. She understood the problem and promised she would come back to me the same day, which she did. Thank you Aimee Bozac, you were fabulous!

Great customer service!

We have used Easybook Training for a number of years now. The website is easy to navigate when finding the courses we require and the office staff are always very friendly and efficient when completing our bookings.

One thing we found very helpful was that Easybook Training had an out of hours phone line we were able to use when one of our colleagues had to cancel the night before a course they was attending in the early morning. Lucy was able to arrange a name swap for us that night and all booking information was sent over the following morning.

I work for a very large Mechanical and Electrical company and have been using Easybook for around 5 years now ! i only have good things to say, the website is very easy to use and if that doesn't suit you an email is sufficient very quick response times, also i have never been left waiting on the phone. Locations are never a problem as there are so many to choose from, prices are brilliant, i have worked with a lot of training companies ! Easybook are by far the best.
The staff are second to none polite helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with, they take the stress away from me which is brilliant ! i highly recommend !

We have used Easybook training for quite some years and despite what some of the previous reviews have said we have never had an issue with getting refunds or the call centre calling us back with information updates, they are very efficient at their roles and we have used other booking agencies and Easybook by far are the best at what they do.

As a business we have be using Easybook for a long time now. We have some really great communications with our Account manager- Aimee Bozac. The booking process is easy, invoices are clear and easy to read, and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. We will be continuing to use Easybook for future courses.
