Day after negative review below, Easycare solutions took my money £98 for the order but as I had not received the normal your order has been despatched email, I phoned then got one of their telephone staff, then on hold for minutes then another of their telephone staff answered and said due to my negative review they were cancelling my order and sending the £98 back to my card which will take days to receive and a bank transfer would have meant I could have placed an order for essential care products with another firm.
Hardly Easycare is it when they take your money get their backs up with a negative review this firm deserved and don’t deliver the order without telling you. Very unprofessional and uncaring
I have been a regular customer for a while and this firm agreed that they would not charge the delivery charge for my order little below £80, and only charge me shipping when they had a promotion.
Today I spoke with one of their telephone staff was very difficult insisting on charging the delivery charge on my order which was not on promotion offer.
I rang back as soon as I could after 4pm and spoke with another of their telephone staff and initially this staff processed my order close to £98 without the delivery charge. Telephone staff then said I had missed the cutoff for delivery next day and I tried explaining to this telephone staff I needed the order next day and could they raise a complaint about an earlier telephone staff as I was within the cutoff if this earlier telephone staff had processed my order which the staff member I was speaking to was not sympathetic about and said no longer would they honour what they agreed not to charge shipping.
Easy care solutions does not keep its word and obviously they are not bothered about keeping

When the system works (!) it is straightforward to order from this company. Turnaround is rapid and reliable. Product range seems to change every time one places an order, but having said that the package usually represents good value.
