I've been using Easyexchange for the past few years and have found it to be a hassle free, fast and efficient service.

We use this service regularly and it has always been what we expected. Any small queries are normally answered quickly.

I've been using Easyexchange for around 5 years now; the rates they offer are really competitive but the best thing about them is the ease of making a transfer- approx 3 minutes on the computer and it's all done. My last transfer to NZ had gone through and cleared at my NZ bank in about four days! Speed of transfer is important when trying to organize your mortgage, rates etc on the other side of the world. I had a little hiccup with their system once, and although it would have been nice to have a phone number to call - the problem was dealt with via email quickly and by the same person throughout [who also had a real name in their emails rather than an anonymous 'customer services' title].
I would definatley recommend Easyexchange.

Use Easy Exchange regularly for transfers to South Africa. Much easier than going through my bank, much cheaper and great to have a self-serve online tool to do it with.

Easy to set- up account, best transfer rates when compared to other companies, been using company for the last 8 years, very happy with service.

Their rates are realistic and not altered like other companies I have dealt with as well. They charge a small and reasonable fee for the transaction. The transfer is now much quicker than what it was before. I am really impressed with their service. They keep you informed during each stage of your transaction via email. That's what I like and what one normally expects from a company who handles your money.

Once everything is set up, you never have to worry about your transfer. Ours is set by direct debit, on a monthly basis, which has been very successful. We get an e.mail to confirm money has been deposited by our bank and an e.mail to confirm that it has been transferred. We are very pleased with this set up.

So, the idea is brilliant. The fact that it costs less then your bank is brilliant and the fact that you can set up debit orders is perfect. With any problems they are very helpful! As somebody who has been using them for many many years, I feel a website update making it much clearer and simpler would not go amiss though!

I have been using EasyExchange for many years and as often as twice a month. I have never had one problem! The service is fast and reliable. Mostly the money transfer is completed within 3 days. If I have had a problem logging in there is always a quick email response helping me through it. A service I can't do without and one I am very grateful to have.

Easy exchange saved my life , every month I have to send money to SA to pay my bills whilst Im away, it was costing me £25 pounds a bash through my bank to send £200 , crazy !
When my buddy recommended easy exchange I was very cautious but I'm so glad I found them they have saved me a fortune as a transaction can cost as little a £2 don't know how they do it but it works and my money always gets there on time.

I have been using Easy Exchange to transfer money to South Africa for nearly six years. Except for a few minor hiccups, all my monthly transfers have been made quickly and accurately.
Whenever there have been problems, my brilliant consultant, Jacoline van Rooyen, has sorted everything out quickly and at no cost on occasions.
My average transfer fee over those six years has been £2.84. The only time I had to use a bank, I was charged over £20. The only other transfer agency I found in 2007, was charging £10 per transfer.
