I bought a cot in 2021 (very nice one) and need spare parts in 2024, they quickly answered me. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

I bought a children's bunk bed with slide from this company in 2020. It was delivered to Ireland without any problems. The bed was great and the kids loved it.
We had to dismantle it recently during a renovation, and somehow we lost one small wooden block which was essential to rebuild the bed. I contacted the company and Philipp in customer service went to so much trouble to help. He contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a special order for this to be made for us. We paid 40 euro for this to be made and delivered to us. We were delighted that he went to so much effort for us. A few days later, we got an email to say they had actually found a spare part and shipped it to us for free. They even sent us a refund of the 40 euro. They went to so much trouble to help us, 4 years after we purchased the bed. And they did it for free. That is honestly the best customer service ever.

I have owned a bunk bed for several years. I noticed that some brackets were becoming loose due to normal wear and tear (rowdy children fighting on the top bunk) and contacted the company to ask if I could purchase some replacement parts. The company offered to send new parts and screws for free - for a very old bed. I was pleasantly surprised by this arrangement and would use them again when my kids want to transition out of their bunks.

I ordered a bunk bed which came with a broken part. The replacement was requested in March. 3 months later still the replacement part has not arrived.
Absolute nonsense.

The company with 48 years of experience is not capable to arrange the replacement but very good at taking payments.

Ordered over a month ago. I thought I was ordering from an Irish company (.ie) but they are German and so delivery (difficult to find this info when purchasing) is 8-15 days (advised of this when items still didn’t arrive). The phone number on the website isn’t clear (I tried lots of ‘configurations).) A company which masquerades as ‘local’ but is overseas and promises to deliver on time is not a good footing for doing business.
I’ll be cancelling my order as soon as they get back to me.
AVOID if you’re in ireland anyway….

We bought a Triple Sleeper bunk bed Lukas, here, a few years ago and it was a good experience. The bed arrived quickly and without a flaw. But now, when I needed assembly instructions because I had misplaced the old one and wrote an email asking if they could help me and send me new ones, I immediately got a reply with my assembly instructions. I was really speechless, because in this day and age, that is no longer a matter of course. I have to say that the email was also extremely kind and friendly. My day, my week was beautiful after that and I write this review with a smile ☺️

We ordered 2x high-sleeper beds with slides, mattresses, and curtains. While it took more than 2 weeks before everything arrived, and consisted of 4 separate deliveries, everything came in pristine condition. The packaging was so good, that nothing had any of the normal scratches you'd expect from transit.
We did have an issue where we were missing the slides after all tracking numbers showed as delivered. I emailed them after work on the Monday, and the responded very early on the Tuesday morning with genuine concern and apologies. As it turned out, the delivery company had forgotten to hand over one of the packages in a previous delivery and delivered it to us shortly after I had sent my email. So the only issue I had in the whole experience was with the delivery company.

I purchased a High Sleeper bed from Easy Furniture and although the instructions seemed minimal, it was very Easy to put together and only took a couple of hours and we were very happy with the end result. We did have a small issue which was resolved very quickly and efficiently by Customer Service. I would highly recommend this company.

The customer service I received was amazing, so efficient and friendly, the bed, mattress and all the products I have bought are top quality and I will continue to use this company for all my bedroom furniture in the future, I would highly recommend easyfurniture.ie 👍

We purchased a bed, with a trundle, and were slightly nervous buying from Germany as we are based in the UK, but the reviews for the item in question were excellent. Upon ordering, communication throughout was excellent and delivery was exactly on time. The bed was straightforward to put together, and what immediately struck us was the quality of the materials. As the bed was for a young boy, we were concerned about durability but believe me when I say this bed was made to last, really solid. As a result, we would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone considering buying anything, even if ordering from abroad like us. Should add that shipping costs were also extremely reasonable

I discovered parts had gone missing from our cot after getting it out of storage for our new baby. It is very high quality, and a beloved piece of furniture, so I turned to Easy furniture's customer service to get replacements.
In spite of the extreme and unnecessary difficulties imposed by Brexit, the staff did everything they could to accommodate us, and we were delighted when a solution was eventually found.
It would have been a desperate shame if I'd been forced to replace our cot, and I am delighted with the service experience we had. Thank you so much to all involved.

The bunkbed were very well packed, arrived in good time and beautifully engineered for putting together. We are extremely happy with this product.

I bought a wood massive shoes wardrobe that I painted and personalised. My daughter was really happy with the results so I decided to buy another one for a friend and also personalised for him.
I recommend to buy it because if you don’t want natural colour you can always painting and you have a big wardrobe for more that 20 pairs of shows.

I am delighted with my new table.Easy to assemble and it looks so nice in the Kitchen.

Clever product, prompt delivery, easy to assemble and overall a top quality product. We bought beds for our boys with slide-out drawers underneath and while initially disappointed that the drawers weren't on rails and therefore had to be aligned by eye when closed, we immediately began to see the sense behind this. We've had several beds with storage drawers in the past that have invariably failed because of the rails: a screw would pop out, the drawer became misaligned, etc, which would eventually lead to the dumping and replacement of the bed. With this system, while there's no denying that it isn't as convenient as pushing and pulling a drawer along a rail, this will last forever! Simple but brilliant!!

Bought a sideboard with 3-4 week delivery. Finally received most of it after 10 weeks. Shelf missing, mount points for drawer-runners not marked, drawer support missing. Drawer bases damaged along with back boards. Shoddiest bit of crap I've ever bought.

I ordered a bunk bed on 4th december, and am still awaiting delivery of one of the 10 packages. So far, the 9 packages came over the past 2 weeks....the companies response was to blame the delivery company.
