Super entreprise
J'ai eu le plaisir de choisir easyGroupage pour un déménagement international entre Paris et Montréal. Le chargement côté Paris était parfait et le contact avec l'équipe a toujours été réactif.
Tout ne s'est pas passé à la perfection à la réception, le partenaire local était un peu long à la détente (ils travaillent dessus pour éventuellement changer ou du moins améliorer la qualité du partenaire) mais c'est justement dans les problèmes que l'on note la qualité du service. Easygroupage a été ultra réactif quand j'ai eu besoin d'aide et il y a eu un peu de casse mais ils ont été également rapide à contacter l'assureur et me trouver une solution.
Chapeau l'équipe ! Je recommande à 100%

Nous sommes ravis que le chargement à Paris et le suivi de notre équipe vous aient donné satisfaction. Vous avez raison : c’est souvent dans les imprévus que l’on mesure vraiment la qualité d’un service, et nous sommes heureux d’avoir pu vous accompagner rapidement lorsque vous en avez eu besoin.
Concernant la livraison au Canada, votre arrivée a eu lieu en pleine haute saison, période où les partenaires locaux sont particulièrement sollicités. Cela n’excuse pas tout, bien sûr, et nous travaillons justement à améliorer encore la qualité et la réactivité de ce partenaire pour éviter ce type de lenteur à l’avenir.

The crew arrived promptly, handled all of my belongings with care, and worked efficiently without rushing. Their pricing was fair and transparent.
