Absolutely fantastic service the driver Vincent was amazing it was my daughter’s 16th birthday and he made the journey so much fun cannot fault the limo outstanding service balloons drinks music lights blown away!! Highly recommended

Review of EasyLimo ⭐☆☆☆☆

I had a very disappointing experience with EasyLimo. I paid the full amount they asked for but did not receive the service I expected.

The driver arrived in very casual clothing and did not look professional at all. Inside the limo, it smelled unpleasant, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Even though we kept asking the driver to fix it, he just kept saying “it’s on,” but it was still extremely hot (it was 26°C that day). The windows could not be opened by us – only the driver controlled them – and he often left them open or closed against our requests, which was frustrating.

The limo itself was also not as advertised. The lighting inside did not work, even though the pictures they sent beforehand showed a nice setup. Overall, the vehicle looked run-down and was not suitable for the special occasion.

This was meant to be a fun surprise for my friend’s 60th birthday, but the poor service and conditions completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend EasyLimo to anyone who wants a reliable and enjoyable limousine service.

It's my third time booking with Easy Limo and can't recommend them enough. Prompt. Professional and Vibey. Raz was a wonderful chauffeur! He was lovely and really brought the energy to make our trip special.

Aircon did not work in 31degrees. Sweat was literally dripping from girl’s faces. The party bus really had very strong smell of urine at back. Not appropriate for teen/kids but only for drunk adult p£ss ups. Would not recommend at all.

We booked a Hummer H3 months in advance for a prom. We expected a hummer brand as this is what was selected/requested but a Ford Excursion stretch limo turned up. It was hot pink which we didn’t expect for a group of 8 boys but luckily they went with it!
Bit disappointed with lack of clear communication on the vehicle as these brands are separated out in the web menu.

Good contact with the company throughout. Lovely lovely driver. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a fantastic day for my sister who was celebrating her 60th and she felt like the queen.

First class communication and and prompt pickup, with a clean and stylish limo ballons abd bubbly for the party to enjoy. It was a great touch and a memorable birthday. Myself and my friends had an amazing time, plenty of laughs, music & photo moments. The limo was an actual surprise for my guests and it worked out so well, everyone had a great time. Got absolutely tricked. Booked and paid for a pink limousine, and on arrival I get a white limousine. I was only offered an embarrasing £25 discount (bear in mind that the service costs £375 per hour). They told me I should’ve checked the confirmation email, but what’s funny is that the confirmation email did not contain any reference to colour, so I couldn’t have known that the service I booked wasn’t going to be the service I would receive. The issue is that, because they ask you to pay via bank transfer or cash, you can’t get your money back unless you take the case somewhere else. Which I will 100% do because this has been a total circus.

Great service, limo was amazing came very clean and well stocked up. Our driver was Vincent and i can not praise him enough what a gentleman, great communication and prompt.

Will defiantly be recommending Easy Limo to my friends and family.
